Adorable bakery with a nostalgic vibe. I felt the prices were very reasonable + the cinnamon roll and cookie I got were absolutely excellent. 10/10 recommend.

First went there to try a pie and it was great. Went Sunday to try donuts and cheese danish and spent $30 for absolute trash!! Dozen was more expensive than dunkin with half the quality and the danish was thrown out. Never again I’ll take the 30 minute drive to home cut and even spend

Kirby's has significantly changed over the past few years and unfortunately, not for the better. Their cinnamon coffee cake is still one of my favorite items to buy, but their donuts and other breakfast pastries tend to be stale and dry. The prices have also gotten exorbitant. I went in a few weeks ago and purchased six sugar cookies (which were amaturely (borderline poorly) decorated compared to current standards) and six cupcakes. (I mean the sugar cookie was the 90s-esq single color smiley face with two black eyes and if memory serves me correctly they were close to 5.00 each) My total was over $50.00. For the cost of the pastries, the quality and the decoration needs to be significantly improved. Also, it was bothersome to me that they didn't have a box that fit the cupcakes. Each cupcake was placed in an individual plastic cup, which made transport an absolutely nightmare. We will probably seek other options if we need to bring a desert somewhere.

Read reviews, decided to stop in. Just wasn't impressed. Bought donut, cidar donut, kalackis, they were just ok, have had better in Joliet.

If you're looking for a home style bakery this is a find for you! Not a showy set-up, order from the counter and see the experienced bakers hard at work as there is no wall between front and back of house. From coffee cakes to cookies to cannolis' they had a good selection. Breakfast sandwiches are also offered with beverages too. Only tried the ? cookies and ? donuts but they certainly offered old-fashioned flavor. TASTY GOODNESS!!!!!

Not sure what is going on, but lately I've fallen into a bunch of bad companies, mean people, and crap products. If you want day old bread/doughnuts this is your spot. Yuk.Went at 6am on a Sunday, all excited to go get "fresh" doughnuts and bread for my wife... what did I receive instead? Literally stale doughnuts, and a loaf of bread so hard i just threw it away. Even microwaved these doughnuts were horrible.WAY better doughnuts and Dunkin up the road and that isn't saying much. What a disappointment.

I just stopped in to get breakfast and I got some donuts. they are absolutely delicious. I'm glad to have found a new local bakery.

The ladies working in the store were so kind to my little grandsons and me. Great selection of bakery goods....especially their dinosaur cookies.

I've been getting Packis from Kirby's for the past 5 years. Sadly, this will be the last time I will buy from there. Their quality is about the same but these Paczkis are microscopic. At almost $2 a piece, not going to do that again. I'm all about supporting small business but if you skimp and charge more, that's not for me.

I have been driving through Manhattan for 30 years to get to work and refused to support the local businesses because the Manhattan Police were so ruthless about speed traps and I was apparently easy prey to their Quota system. Sadly, because of my protest I never gave this local gem a try. Now that there's endless vehicle traffic passing through Manhattan and a new Sheriff in town that abides by the "No Quota" regulations, I do support Manhattan businesses. It makes me sad that I have missed out on this awesome bakery for so many years because of my anger for the Manhattan Police Department. Just to think of the thousands of dollars I'd have spent just at this one businesses over the course of 30 years. All for a few borderline speeding tickets. As for the Bakery, I absolutely love it, anything I want is there and if I want something in particular they will accommodate me. The Lasagna is awesome but make sure you check ahead because it goes fast. If you don't get homemade Pie you can buy one here. Also, the Coffee is very good. I must point out that the 3 Star rating is unfair because all of those bad ratings were years ago. I have nothing but great things to say about Kirby's Bakery.

A hidden gem in a small town. Super friendly staff, what I had was delicious ample size portions. Reasonably priced for what you get, and that's quality. Do yourself a favor stop by there someday you will be glad that you did !! ?

Love Kirby's! Got a yellow cake with white buttercream frosting along with some brownies for a birthday party yesterday. Both the cake and the brownies got rave reviews from all of the guests. Keep up the great baking, team Kirby's! Thank you!
