I stop here often for a Coke mostly and I’ve never really had a mess up on food, actually they’re pretty spot on however usually in the evening when I stop the young kids don’t ever say hi thank you nothing they just had me my Coke and close the window which pisses me off BUT TODAY! 10/1 about 5:20pm Lamiyah opened the window with a smile and said hi how are you? And said have a great night! I thanked her for saying something, she has a beautiful smile and her personality is so sweet! Lamiyah keep up the good work you’ll do big things in life honey!

Everytime I go, I see the employees staying busy! Either cleaning or helping and glad to see not on phones. Always friendly. If you ever have an issue just call and they will correct it. Yes my order has been wrong but has never been an issues to correct it.

I waited over 10 minutes for one single McChicken. I was told to move forward. I had to go inside to ask for my food. My food was sitting there in a bag, but no one had brought it out to me.

Fry’s cold stale and tasted like burnt grease, chicken nuggets cold and tasted like burnt grease! Forgot part of my order but charged for it! Called multiple times guess # 7 was the lucky number for them to answer the phone. Their system is so antiquated that they can’t do a refund on a credit card unless you are there in person! The only place in the world that can’t do a simple task in the 21st century.

I’ve had decent experiences at this location in the past, but my last visit was really disappointing. I placed a mobile order for a burger, fries, and a drink, and was told to pull up to the third window. There were only two of us in line including me, so I didn’t expect a long wait.

I ended up sitting there for nearly 20 minutes with no update. As the line started to get busy, I called the store to check in—just in case I’d been forgotten. Instead of an apology or any real explanation, I got attitude.

I wasn’t trying to be difficult—just wanted to know what was going on after sitting there so long. A little courtesy or communication would’ve made a big difference. Hopefully this was just an off day, but it definitely left a bad impression.

This was honestly my first bad experience at this location. I get they were busy and don't even mind my mobile order took sooo long, but it was the managers answer and attitude towards me when I enquired about my order. Professional kindness goes along way and she was seriously lacking.
