Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. If you want to pull forward and your food brought out 10 mins later by some teenager and it’s cold then this is the McDonald’s for you. I know it’s McDonald’s but my god this one is trash. Drive to the next town over it’s worth it.

First, they gave a wrong order, then I was missing food and the frappe was bad. I get it, you don’t want to deal with people like me, but I’m all asking is to get my food right, and then I guess it was the manager had me pull to the side to remake my frappe and she was clearly mad about it. First and last time I get food from here.

Did a pickup order and they forgot 3 of my things. So I went inside and waited for 5 minutes and no one came to the front. So I went to the drive thru and they told me to park up front. I waited about 10-15 no one came out. So I went inside again and finally somebody was there.

Ordered breakfast online a couple of times and they can not read a screen. I order 3 regular breakfast sandwiches (no special way just regular) and 2 hashbrowns. I send my husband there with code to pick up at the drive-thru. The orders were messed up, first time gave me totally different sandwiches (nothing I ordered). Next time they put it on the counter take out instead of the drive-thru. (took them 15 minutes and 2 managers to figure out where the order was) When you talk to the Manager she is rude and argumentative.

Simple Mcchicken sandwich extra mayo. I don't mean slop on half a container being a smart ass. Just a little bit more than what goes on it. Totally ridiculous. Small fries that were cold and squishy.from sitting and I live 0.5 from there. Maybe the staff needs to be retrained and if you dont like your job please find another one. Second time this happened and the last I wont go back. If I could post a picture i would.

Walked in and pretty much was ignored. Then had trouble with App. They didn't care. Took a long time to get food. Their more worried about drive through. Deleted app and left. I won't come back. One of worst McDonald's I visited

The management team here is truly bad If a employee calls in sick and didn’t fill his/ her shift even though they woke up really sick, they are suspended for a week because of being sick

the wait for 2 drinks is ridiculous. Multiple times i’ve come to the drive thru every other day and i wait about 15 minutes for a DRINK. Was only one in line for 10 minutes once and all I ordered. Sweet tea. The mcdonald’s at this location is just horrible. needs different employees. The employees, very rude, dirty looks. Sometimes feels like they have forgotten about my order. I loved mcdonald. this is making me frustrated going to my favorite place!!! >:(((

Terrible reading receipts apparently because i ordered a hot tea and got boiling water w a lemon?. We wait over 20 mins in the drive thru multiple times just for a sweet tea or two drinks at most. Never gets the order right on a daily basis and half the time they forget stuff
