I stop here often for a Coke mostly and I’ve never really had a mess up on food, actually they’re pretty spot on however usually in the evening when I stop the young kids don’t ever say hi thank you nothing they just had me my Coke and close the window which pisses me off BUT TODAY! 10/1 about 5:20pm Lamiyah opened the window with a smile and said hi how are you? And said have a great night! I thanked her for saying something, she has a beautiful smile and her personality...
Everytime I go, I see the employees staying busy! Either cleaning or helping and glad to see not on phones. Always friendly. If you ever have an issue just call and they will correct it. Yes my order has been wrong but has never been an issues to correct it.
I’m disappointed in the amount of bad reviews because this is the best McDonald’s my girlfriend and me have ever been to! Every time we come here the food is so fresh, warm, and so good no matter what time it is. The workers are so friendly too. Do better Manhattan people and be nicer to your local McDonald’s workers
