We ordered a small pizza, mozzarella sticks and a six pack of cherry Pepsi online last evening. The order came but the pop was not delivered but was on our receipt. The driver said we didn’t pay for it so he wasn’t given it. I called in to ask why it wasn’t sent and the snotty girl who answered said it wasn’t paid for. I asked why it was on our receipt if we didn’t pay. I guess it’s something with their online system. I then asked her why she didn’t then call us considering she has our names, address and phone number to let us know if we wanted the soda we’d have to pay for it separately. She replies “because I really don’t care!” In all my 47 years I’ve never had an employee of a business say that to me. It’s unbelievable. I will never order from there again. The pizza was also like warm.

Do not use their website to order food, the staff will miss the order, tell you it will deliver in 30 minutes after waiting for over 90, then keep you editing even longer. Not the quality of service they used to have.

The pan pizza here and salads are where it's at, reminds me of old school Marchellonis pizza joint where I grew up. I know pizza tastes are very subjective, so that's a comparison. I'd also say do pick up if you can, delivery always takes at least an hour.
I’m a local resident Manhattan proud union member pizza for you is gone downhill in the last couple years. I don’t know if they’ve changed owners or not but prices have gone up and the product has gotten less quality example less beef when you had ingredients so you’re losing beef and paying more for the added ingredients October 11, 2024 order deluxe crust deluxe online exceeds 30 minute wait time. I am here 45 minutes and it’s not ready and I’m 15 minutes longer ahead of me leaving food counter and refusing because they’re late with their orders.

Ordered a thin-crust sausage and mushroom pizza. The bottom was very close to being burnt. I tried moving to the center to see if it tasted any better... it was limp.
This place came as a recommendation of a life-long resident and patron. They were extremely embarassed.
Pizza was delivered cold at the almost 90 minute mark. Driver had poor customer service, didn't say hi or thank me for his tip.

First off, their pizza is amazing, some of the best I've ever had. However, do not get the gyro. Absolute garbage. It is not Kronos by far but rather these pre-cooked-reheated pieces of meat that are cut into squares and put into a pita. The flavor was not good and I threw it away after a few bites. The waffle fries were very good though. I'll definitely come back but I'll stick to the pizzas from now on.
