We were in the town so we googled restaurants and thought we would try this place. I ordered the hot hamburger plate with brown gravy, hubby ordered the ribeye special with shrimp both had soup. The soup came out and we thought, oh this I going to be a good meal…WRONG!! My food came out not even room temp (we were the only ones in there eating) I asked her to heat it up and still came back luke warm. The gravy was HORRIBLE. Hubby cut into his medium well steak and it was bloody….yep, cold! Shrimp not even hot. We were talking about how bad everything was, ready to leave and we didn’t realize he didn’t even get his fries with his steak. We mentioned it at the end (after asking for a to go container for my hamburger to give our dog), and she asked if we still wanted them it would only take a minute and we said no. So she brings out our $50 food bill and we paid and left! Not even comp his soft drink or anything…WE WILL NOT RETURN. Oh and bring cash! The card machine is hit or miss !

After months of driving past here, my wife and I decided to finally stop in. We both ordered the 1/2 Fried Chicken, but never received it!! After several times of our waitress coming out and saying the food will be out in "5 minutes!!!" After looking at my watch, I realized that we had been there more than an hour, with still no food!!! So while other reviews state that the food is good, I guess I'll never know!!! I finally put $10.00 on the table to pay for our soup, salad, and drink, and left, we shall not be returning!!!

Bad experience from the moment we walked in. Stood around for 5 minutes before someone finally greeted and seated us. The ranch that came with our salads was old and thick as jelly. Wouldn't even come out of the container. The tbone special was beef jerky. Quality and taste of almost everything was NOT good. My kid loved his grilled cheese but that's not saying much. After having to send the ranch and steak back, the waitress offered $1 off our bill. Yes, $1!!! At that point why even offer anything???? Spent over $70 on dinner for the family and will never ever ever be back.

Since the new owners took over - we have been twice and the orders were not correct the last two times. Last night - ordered Mush/Swiss burger - add bacon and gyros deluxe - only sauce - with NO soup. Gyros meat was burned. they DID give us a soup. Burger had NO cheese at all - and about 13 little pieces of burnt mushrooms. I want to give them another chance still - because we usually get good service and good food - we want to support local, just didnt know if this was the new normal.

I've been here many times and have enjoyed the food. On our last visit we went for dinner. We sat down at a table and saw the bartender was busy so we were patient. After watching her have conversations with patrons at the bar and doing tasks like cleaning dishes we started to get annoyed. We waited a few more minutes and without any acknowledgement we got up and left. I would have recommended this place in the past but will no longer do so..
There are a couple of great bartenders here, but theres a lady "running" the bar that does dumb things like lock up the Jack Daniels then go home too many time running out of a key liquor. When in all reality its locked in a "office" .........

Our food was delicious!! We walked in late coming from a wake and ordered at 8:30p.m.. kitchen takes last order at 8:45.. our food came out as If it was lunch hour.. highly recommend!!!!! Drinks were also on point!! We will definitely go back!! ?
