I called to order carry out and never received a quota on the phone. Once, I went in to pickup my pizza the cashier told me he didn't have my change. The pizza was also undercooked.

Looked at the menu online before going and went because it was a decent sized menu with a great variety of selections. When we got there and was handed menus a good amount of what we saw online wasn't on the menu in the restaurant... then went to go order several items from the menu that was in the restaurant to be told they no longer have that on their menu... something should be posted on the website or a sign on the door or even better cover it on the menus or just mention to customers when handing them menus that the menu is being downsized and we dont offer these items any more. Just an inconvience that could of been avoided and probably would of picked somewhere else to eat it we knew the menu selection downsized a good amount.
Service was good otherwise. Food was nothing to brag about. The nacho portion itself was good.
Probably wouldnt be back until knowing they have their menu figured out.

If you are a fan of the Manteno Chicken Sandwich then I highly recommend trying it grilled chicken and in a wrap!!! It was perfect and so good!!!

What happened to Copelands! I've been here many times and I've never experienced what I did tonight (June 1sr, 2025). The servive was horrible. Three servers at the bar ignoring people until I had to ask if we have to come to the bar to order. Servers dissappear and people at the bar waiting to get served. I had to yell out loud to get waited on! A server who wasn't on shift had to help me and apologized for the poor service. I will not be back because the employees were so nonexistent. Service was horrible! It wasn't too busy either. Three women and two servers........ghosts!

Food was by the worst that I’ve had in a long time. McDonald’s would have tasted far better. The boneless wings tasted like breaded chicken dust. The burger we ordered on a burger specialty night was also extremely dry, even the bun. The server was great and tried to do what she could, she mentioned they were down a chef and we could definitely tell. The bill was $60 since we had two drinks and Fried pickles (which were half burnt and hard as a rock). Granted this was on Memorial Day so I’ll cut them some slack, but I know one thing. I am never getting food here again. Oh also, it took us an hour to get our food even though there were 5 other tables.

Ordered food online and 2 hours later I still haven't received it. I called and asked about my order and he had to check om the order which was forgotten. He apologized and said they were busy and would be their in 15 minutes. It was 30 minutes later when my food finally arrived. I ordered a chicken wrap and fries. The fries were ice cold and the wrap was inedible. It was cold with brown mushy avocado in it. It didn't taste fresh at all. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Don't waste your money, the food was awful. Ordered an ice tea and it tasted like the container hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Had a molded taste. Food wasn't hot, ranch dressing for my salad wasn't good. Only one waitress to wait on 12 tables and run the bar. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Don't know who would give this restaurant more than one star.

I was a paying loyal customer, coming in usually once every week to play pool and order food. Today I went in with my usual routine, and I started to play music. No one had a problem with it. People enjoyed. Then a mother father and 11 y/o boy came in. The mother complained about the music I was playing. (Yes it was explicit). The bartender turned off my music that I paid for and also had about 5 more songs left to play. My thing is this is a bar at night time. NOT A CHUCKE CHESSE. Yes it’s a restaurant too but don’t expect family friendly in a bar. It would’ve been more appreciated if the bartender didn’t have attitude behind his tone or if the mother would’ve came up to me personally and ask for a switch in music. Also the bar/restaurant has an option to keep explicit music going. So if it’s an option, why is it a problem.

I stopped in at Copelands Friday afternoon to ask about hosting a fundraising event for the local non for profit that I run. I went after lunch, before dinner, thinking that would a good lull to look around and ask some questions. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Kaylee or Kayla about hosting the event. It felt as if she had zero interest in chatting or listening to me. Not a single pep in her step nor an offer to walk around to look at the space. I came prepared with business cards and a little bit of literature about what we do. Felt like I had to force her to take that information to pass along to the manager, the owner, whoever would be able to help me. Definitely disappointed. I live in Manteno and our organization helps a lot of folks in our area. It would have felt great to pour into a local establishment by hosting an event in their space. Luckily, the next place I stopped, was ecstatic to help with us with our upcoming event.
The server had two tables and two clients at the bar. The establishment was very quiet.
