Had the worse experience here the other afternoon and was totally surprised that it had gotten this bad! Have been here many times before with good experiences no issues but the young girl there should not have been by herself - she didn't know what to do at all from taking the order to using the register correctly! The New Mgmt should make sure they have the right person for the right job - it is a very chaotic atmosphere with this person in charge !?

Took an hour for sandwiches when it was fairly slow at ~3pm. The staff seemed super unaware that people were just waiting for mostly cold sandwiches and didn’t update us. I’m not sure what they were doing back in the kitchen…sandwiches were
