I don't normally do these things but it can't be helped last week I ordered a sourdough sandwich with sausage, an American cheese. Threw the app It was wrong, had bacon cheddar cheese today I ordered the same sandwich a sourdough sausage american cheese once again it was wrong but I check before leaving so then they remade it i get to my car check it and once again it was wrong after being remade they got the sausage part right this time but still cheddar not the American I wanted like are you serious how hard is it to read a peace of paper and make food right it's not rocket science so had to go in again 3rd time and the SANDWICH is made finally right this is 2 weeks in a row ive gone here and had problems its food guys not hard to get right

Moved to Manteno at the end of September & the coffee was good until the beginning of December. Not sure if they switched workers or what, but the iced coffee now is god awful, the drive thru line always takes 15+ minutes no matter how many cars ahead, and they don’t want to remake the bad coffees when kindly asked. Ditched Peotone Dunkin for this one, but now I’m done wasting my $ at this location too. Disappointing.

I had just recently went through the drive thru and the worker looked terrible ill… I dont know about you, but im pretty sure thats against the health code, having a sick employee work a shift. I will not be returning because who knows who else is there working sick? i would love to not be sick while trying to get to work and enjoy a coffee in the morning.

They changed the muffins in the past few weeks. They are now a bit dry and fairly dense. Not as good as they were.
The coffee is really good. Clean atmosphere. Plenty of parking. However, at least one of the workers was very rude. Not listening to customers. Many customers had to repeat their order multiple times. Not friendly at all.

I have patronized this location since they opened. Today I was told they no longer offered a law enforcement discount unless I present a military id. So when I approached the window I showed her my law enforcement id that was issued by the state of Illinois. She then insulted me and told my I was “security “ and not law enforcement. Clearly she works for the bureau of identification for the state of Illinois, but obviously she lacks proper training and knowledge. Then she told me they only offer the discount if I’m riding around in car,but I was in the drive thru in a car not walking. Either way it contradicts what she initially said about presenting a id. Several of my other coworkers that are black told me similar stories about this location which I thought was not accurate because I’ve never had any issues other than occasionally receiving the wrong order. I will no longer patronize this location since they only offer the law enforcement to white law enforcement.

Ordered a wrap and that was good and also ordered glazed donuts. The donuts were stale and for whatever reason, this is the only Dunkin I’ve ever been to that only glazes one side of the donut? Just so odd.
