the service here has changed. The employees don’t seem to care anymore. I used to be a regular but with the service i get lately i unfortunately won’t be returning. Absolutely no customer service skills which makes it feel like such a hostile environment. Not the best way to start my day.

My family stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a road trip. We stood there for 10 or 15 minutes with the front counter not one person came up to greet us or take our order. After time passed, we noticed they were ignoring us and not even looking at us just working the drive-through there was at least three people we seen working behind the desk. We will never return to this location again we walked away and decided to keep heading down the road to find something else

At this Dunkin’ we forget to put the coffee in the drink and just give cups of milk. I asked for 3 creams ( which is my same order every time). Upon further inspection I realized there is not even a hint of coffee added.

I don't normally do these things but it can't be helped last week I ordered a sourdough sandwich with sausage, an American cheese. Threw the app It was wrong, had bacon cheddar cheese today I ordered the same sandwich a sourdough sausage american cheese once again it was wrong but I check before leaving so then they remade it i get to my car check it and once again it was wrong after being remade they got the sausage part right this time but still cheddar not the American I wanted like are you serious how hard is it to read a peace of paper and make food right it's not rocket science so had to go in again 3rd time and the SANDWICH is made finally right this is 2 weeks in a row ive gone here and had problems its food guys not hard to get right

Moved to Manteno at the end of September & the coffee was good until the beginning of December. Not sure if they switched workers or what, but the iced coffee now is god awful, the drive thru line always takes 15+ minutes no matter how many cars ahead, and they don’t want to remake the bad coffees when kindly asked. Ditched Peotone Dunkin for this one, but now I’m done wasting my $ at this location too. Disappointing.
