Went to this McDonalds to order food and when I went to walk in (- degrees outside) they locked the doors in my face at 6pm screaming at me through the door telling me they were about to close. (They close at 11). Then I went through the drive through and tired to order a meal for me and my friends (2 separate orders) they told me their system doesn't do that. (I’ve done it multiple times) Then I asked if I could do an order now and go back around to order the other one, and they laughed in my face and told me they would not do that and now they’re system is “down”. Finally I went to drive away after ordering NOTHING and the yelled out the window “wahhhh”. This McDonalds and the people who work there are a joke.

I came at 10:20 for a mobile order i placed at 10:10!! they close at 11 pm when i arrived they were on the microphone saying “we aren’t taking orders we are closed and all the grills are shut off” i told them “i placed an order a while ago “ didn’t hear a response and i ended up pulling up to the window the “manager” said “we aren’t making your order CLOSED “ very ignorant workers slamming the drive thru window on customers and raising voices. won’t be coming back save your time also

This location does not GAF about the customers. You’ll wait over an hour if you don’t speak up. Place an order for mobile curbside pickup, wait over 15 min while workers are staring at you, yet not bringing out your order. The drive thru line is 30+ mins every time & foods cold by the time you get it. Overall this location SUCKS. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered al with no ketchup, a grinch meal and a small fry. Get home and no small fry and quick loaded with ketchup. I called and was treated rudely by whoever I talked to when I called to complain

Innovation confusion. Orders were mixed up with not knowing what drinks were yours and if correct. Employees were pleasant but confused. Slow service for not a busy time. Hope this is not a new trend.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Lacking customer service skills 100%. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. An employee could have at least walked up and said we will be with you in a minute but nothing. They completely ignored me so I obviously left and will not return. I will drive to the Bourbonnais or Peotone McDonalds in the future. Corporate needs to step in and re-train their employees or shut it down.

Worst McDonald's in the area. Always slow service. 20 min drive thru wait. Managers are rude. Orders and food are not accurate. Never uses the second window. So tired of this on. Needs to be overhauled.

It was a fast pit stop for some comfort food for my trip home! As usual the fries were crispy, hot and salty just like I like them! My children sandwich was also pretty good! Thank ya for your service! I only wish that Pepsi would be McDonald's first pop if choice but alas it's not so I do drink the sweet tea! Usually it's pretty good unless someone doesn't put the correct amount of sugar in a batch! I can always tell plus I also worked at McDonald's many many moons ago! 5 out of 5 would eat here again!!

Looks like this place is in the middle of an aborted remodel. Very weird layout. Tables not wiped, less than enthusiastic employees and not the cleanest McDonald's ever.
