I just got home from hosting a birthday buffet for my husband's birthday with all my neighbors. The general manager and the bar manager at the Sammy's Pizza couldn't have done anymore. The tables and the buffet was set up by 4:15 pm and they opened at 4:00. My neighbors and my husband and me can't stop raving about the buffet food: pizza, italian beef sandwiches, antipasto salad and chicken fettuccini. The service at the tables and the bar was amazing! The best thing was the competitive price for all the food. I am certain my neighbors and I will be having many future parties at Sammy's Pizza in Manteno without having to shop, prepare, cook, serve or clean up.

They have the best chicken wings, my husband loves the bbq while I love the honey sriracha and boom boom sauce, we also love their thin crust pizza. They have so many to choose from so you can’t go wrong. Service is always excellent with our favorite bartender Missy! Our beers are always served ice cold with a nice frosted glass?

I've had both good and bad experiences. Pizza is good, other food, not so much, have gotten spoiled shrimp and they hassled me about returning the food because it was a delivery. Waitresses are super friendly, management not so much. I stick with pizza.

In dining is very good with many food choices and quick service. The patio area is conducive to friendly conversations over drinks and food. Have found that home delivery can be hit or miss...though last order was hot and delicious.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?!?! The food is half the size it used to be and the quality is awful now. I used to love this place but…. What on earth happened here??? You still get charged the same but only get half of what you pay for! Sandwiches have shrunk so drastically and apparently they don’t even know the difference between a brioche or keizer bun so why ask if I want a brioche and give me a keizer? The overcooked, super thin grilled chicken for my sandwich did not even fit the small keizer bun. Everything was cold as well for all three people…. What a shame! So disappointing

The only reason I am giving a 2 star and not a 1 star is because this sammy's USED to be very good. I just orded 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a wrap and I ordered this online and I showed up to pick up the order at the earliest time they said it would be ready and it seemed like it had been done for a while and when I tried everything it was very disappointing because both pieces of chicken were half the size of what they used to be and overcooked and the wrap was also much smaller than what it used to be and everything was cold. Very disappointed... and hungry.

This was not the best 1st impression. I ordered a cheese burger no bun and fries. How hard could that be? The entire order was cold and my burger with bun had no cheese. Mistakes happen. Took my entire order back and explained the error. I got my new order fresh. Burger with no bun and all the cheese literally melted to the paper the burger was in. So in essence I got hot fires and my same hamburger. Smh. How hard was it to put the lettuce or tomato between the cheese and the wrapper. Please check your order before you leave. The pic I took is ridiculous
Ordered for pickup. Was told 45 minutes. Showed up at 45 min. My mozzarella sticks were cold and tasteless. Pizza order was wrong, but tasty.

Love their pizza ! I order it well done and it comes perfectly crisp! Also their boomboom boneless wings are amazingggggg, real chicken breast chunks ! So good! Drinks were also strong 10/10 would recommend!!!

Fun local bar. Mandy, the local bartender makes you feel welcome We we’re watching the football picks and the large screen tvs made it easy to cheer on teams. Wonder if this is the local bar in town. Delightful.

Apparently if you don’t know the bartender/staff you’re not important. Sitting at the bar and no service, Is completely unacceptable. Been there a few times and seemed like each time was worse and worse for the service. I completely understand if you are busy but 4 tables and 4 people at the bar does come off as being busy. Service is terrible
