First I'd like to start with saying I don't eat cheeseburgers I ordered a hamburger everything no ketchup lady called me back to double-check that I wanted everything and I'll catch up and I answered yes what I got was a cheeseburger with no lettuce no onions this mustard pickles and of course something I didn't want cheese maybe a smidgen of mayo, my friend ordered Alfredo and fried chicken she said Alfredo was crunchy and chicken tasted dry overcooked and old in the Alfredo, and chicken wings were fried to perfection not a drop of salt or pepper needless to stay probably won't return maybe try the pizza...I gave it three stars because it was edible, also fries and burger was cold.

My first time having Silvano's tonight. Ordered on the app and it was done as soon as I walked in. The lady in the back was super awesome! I ordered large sausage and green pepper and extra sauce. I'm really blown away how great it is. Nice thin crust, a really great sauce and the toppings and cheese were fantastic! My only wish is I had come here sooner. The breaded mushrooms and breaded zucchini were also great. Fantastic thin crust tavern style pizza cooked perfectly.. Definitely would order again.

Ordered a medium one topping. Asked for extra cheese and well done. It was not cooked any longer than normal. Crust is too doughy. Sauce is really sweet (should be advertised as a sweeter sauce for those who don't like that). Ingredients tasted bland and frozen. You're better off getting a pie from Casey's gas station.

Waited 2 hours for order got 2 different stories why. When I spoke to manager about the wait he offered me a can of soda for the wait. I've never given a bad review but this was terrible.

Yes, given the area, Silvano’s is “good” but (to me) they’re not worth the irritation/annoyance that comes with placing an order for delivery from them. Not long ago, when my parents placed an order for delivery from Silvano’s for themselves and me, it took THREE TIMES for them to get my calzone correct (I asked for a calzone with pepperoncini, black olives and NO CHEESE).
Tonight after placing an order through the “Slice” app (that they’re affiliated with), I was given a delivery time of 8:40pm…when I called at 8:59pm to ask of the status of my delivery, they were “pretty sure” my order was out with their driver and would be delivered to me soon…
I really wanted to like Silvano’s and support a small business but it’s seems like, as of late, their employees have gotten not only lazy and careless, but also seem unconcerned/unbothered by consumer complaints.
Vegetarian options: THEY CAN NOT COMPREHEND SOME ASKING FOR “NO CHEESE” ON A PIZZA OR IN A CALZONE.

Around end of march 2024 My husband ,my self,and my 9 year old came and dined in .We entered the side were you pick up your order .As we approach the area to let them know we’re dining in .I seen such a amazing thing that a woman was cleaning up part of the floor by hand and let me say just by walking in not only is there a window when you walk in that,where you can see them making the pizza which is really…..cool .Its very clean and that’s just walking in .So back to the woman cleaning the floor by hand she was doing a great job ,but also she said hello and was so very polite.She then proceeded to ask if we need assistance,and she helped us .Then the other people that worked there they were so helpful and polite as well.Now to the pizza and other foods they word so very good that I was absolutely delighted and so very impressed.Service was exceptional . when we were just getting our order done with our beautiful server ,,,The amazing woman we met in the beginning came up to us and ask how things were going with us and our server said great they are done ordering and she asked my son who is 9 what he ordered he said 2 things of wildcat cheese pizza and a small cheese pizza .So she jokes with him says 2 of them you only need one of wildcat cheese pizzas just one can be a meal in it’s own and he says it’s for my parents and us also to not leave this out we also ordered a lot of other food as well .So the amazing woman says because you guys are ordering the 2 of the wildcat cheese pizzas we will give the 2nd one for you guys on the house and we will only charge for one and we say nope it’s ok and we will take care of it.So she says ok but you will be given 3 and the 3rd one we will give you guys free on the house and you can enjoy that one tomorrow and we were so shocked of the kindness .Told her we didn’t want her to get into trouble so no worries and then the most beautiful thing happens we find out she is the owner. This impressed my husband and I not only does she keep her place clean and will work with her staff ,treats them kindly,cares about her customers and treats them like family and this was my first time eating there as well as meeting a owner that cares deeply about the food,the staff,and above all her customers !She is all around amazing and her Bar is actually also very clean ,staff are wonderful and so very welcoming .The Long Islands were amazing and the bar area was very welcoming.I would love to work there it is such a positive atmosphere with such amazing people ❤️our family will absolutely recommend this place 110% and will return .Food absolutely amazing,staff incredible,and owned by a wonderful ,hardworking and all around beautiful person and will return so very soon ❤️,Hey I’m going to see if that wonderful owner if she needs help would love to work her team ❤️
