These employees are acting like they’re buying ingredients with their own paychecks. I was told that they could put a total of 8 pieces of black olive on a sandwich. After begging for a little extra because I’m having an intense pregnancy craving for them… I offered to pay for extra, I asked for literally any way to get extra olives and was told they “just can’t. There’s no way” what?! I genuinely thought I was being pranked. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to be getting a VEGGIE SUB with literally no veggies on it.

So much money if they have every customer more ingredients… I feel you’re losing a lot more money from all of the people who are never returning to that location because it’s REALLY not worth it.

One of the people that was making food for the kids and grandfather in front of us sneezed while making the young girls sandwich. The look on her face was like feeling disgusted. If you have the need to sneeze please excuse yourself from the customers wash your hands and return. I’m glad the other person returned from break or something to make mine and my wife’s sandwich’s .

Workers are not given breaks and are expected to close the store off the clock. They serve expired food and the bins have mold in them...Instead of simply replacing them, they continue to use them. They also don't properly store the meats in the case.

I had a bad experience at this location and will not be going back. The owner Kathy Bentz reached out to me but didnt offer a reasonable solution and has since stopped responding. My sandwich was messed up, ice machine isn't working. Wasn't offered any sort of compensation for the inedible sandwich or the piss warm drink. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John's down the street.

Always having shipping issues on their products which means they are out of everything a majority of the time so if you do an online order and they charge your card you will have to wait 2-3 days for the money to go back into your account, because they will call you to tell you they're out of everything and they have to void your order. Why even have online ordering?? Waste of time and money. Go here if you want a toasted yet somehow also soggy sandwich that is made by teenagers who have no idea what customer service is, let alone how to make a sammich. Get a real manager running this place or shut it down. No way yall are making any money there.
