Came in to grab a sub around 1pm and upon getting my order taken, the manager was respectfully letting the other customer in the store with me that his water cup was meant for only water as he was grabbing soda. The customer then complained that he will be leaving a negative review. I wanted to personally come on here to say the manager handled the situation appropriately as the customer was in the wrong! The service here is amazing.

I did online order and my food wasn’t ready . On the app says it was ready . I put down 6:15pm . i got there 6:23pm . I just got done working 16 hr shift on my job . Trying get food , go home , eat , shower and sleep cuz i had another 16 hr 2morrow .

I went in before work to grab lunch and the worker, Key, who made my sandwich did a great job. The sandwich was made perfect and the place looked clean.

These employees are acting like they’re buying ingredients with their own paychecks. I was told that they could put a total of 8 pieces of black olive on a sandwich. After begging for a little extra because I’m having an intense pregnancy craving for them… I offered to pay for extra, I asked for literally any way to get extra olives and was told they “just can’t. There’s no way” what?! I genuinely thought I was being pranked. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to be getting a VEGGIE SUB with literally no veggies on it. I’m floored. I was told they would lose So much money if they have every customer more ingredients… I feel you’re losing a lot more money from all of the people who are never returning to that location because it’s REALLY not worth it.
