One of the people that was making food for the kids and grandfather in front of us sneezed while making the young girls sandwich. The look on her face was like feeling disgusted. If you have the need to sneeze please excuse yourself from the customers wash your hands and return. I’m glad the other person returned from break or something to make mine and my wife’s sandwich’s .

Workers are not given breaks and are expected to close the store off the clock. They serve expired food and the bins have mold in them...Instead of simply replacing them, they continue to use them. They also don't properly store the meats in the case.

Fast service, very accommodating and cheaper than Jimmy John's getting sandwiches, chips and a drink. Manager was super friendly and gave a kiddos a cookie highly recommend.

I had a bad experience at this location and will not be going back. The owner Kathy Bentz reached out to me but didnt offer a reasonable solution and has since stopped responding. My sandwich was messed up, ice machine isn't working. Wasn't offered any sort of compensation for the inedible sandwich or the piss warm drink. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John's down the street.

Always having shipping issues on their products which means they are out of everything a majority of the time so if you do an online order and they charge your card you will have to wait 2-3 days for the money to go back into your account, because they will call you to tell you they're out of everything and they have to void your order. Why even have online ordering?? Waste of time and money. Go here if you want a toasted yet somehow also soggy sandwich that is made by teenagers who have no idea what customer service is, let alone how to make a sammich. Get a real manager running this place or shut it down. No way yall are making any money there.

Filthy, dirty, smelly. An that was just the guy behind the counter. I know times are hard but there is no reason to go around smelling like you never took a bath or shower a day in your life. If it was the clothing that was that smelly and dirty. Wash it some way. I can not go to a place that has that smell. I walked in smelled a very thick stench from behind the counter and said no thanks I changed my mind. Deodorant, soap, and toothpaste are your friends people.
I hope an army of Karens target this place cause they generally deserve it. Do yourself a favor and go to jimi John's down the street. Taste better anyways.How do you get an order for a steak and cheese sando, and not put cheese on it. Literally always a problem with this place. A bunch of children run this place and don't have an ounce of work ethic in them.Only ordered here because someone else wanted it. And once again disappointed. I never do reviews. But I really hope it goes to good use in closing this place down.
