The person on the drive thru was less than enthusiastic about taking our order. I don't expect super ecstatic, but a little more than "uh-huh" would be nice. The food was good, and it was accurate with our special accommodations, though. The drinks that came with the meal used to be much bigger. Especially when two meals cost over $28. Not so fiscally responsible to eat at Taco Bell anymore, I guess.

It's 11:00pm-12am and the manager on duty is very disrespectful, we ordered food on the app and they got all of it wrong and then when I called to get it corrected he said he would then just hung up on me. When my fiancé called back because we realized his was wrong too, the manager was wanting to argue about if the food was right or not. I don't get it, the customer gets the receipt with the order to show what we pay for and so they should go by that, but nope he wanted to go by whatever the thing he has said but what's funny is the app and the receipt we got matched what everything was supposed to be and everything we got was wrong so you tell me, what was he looking at that didn't match the receipt and the app??? Come on now!! I've worked in customer service for many many years and I know how it is to deal with customers and the way he did is NOT the right way, just saying!! I wasn't trying to get free food just correct food, we even offered to send the messed up order back, he also wouldn't give his name when asked what it was, that's bad service too. On top of ALL of that, waiting in the drive thru to pick up the order that was made online was 40 min long!!! 40 min for an order pickup that was made way in advance online, COME ON!!! Will never go here again I'll make the drive to the Bourbonnais one instead.

DATE: 5.14.24 TIME: Between 2:40pm - 2:55pm (not 100% on the time and I left the receipt in the car and im too lazy to go back out to get it lol) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL OVER ANY OTHER TACO BELL ??? Also I recommend the Steak Stacker! It is flipping amazing. I got it for the first time today. Every single time we visit the Manteno Taco Bell location we are blown away by the customer service. I swear i dont ever think its possible but it gets better every time we go. 100/10 stars!!! They are always super friendly and personable. The Manteno Taco Bell has, by far, the best associates in this entire town. Taco Bell is my "therapy food" so I've usually had a poopy day when I want it and every single time, without fail, I pull out of the parking lot in a WAY better mood than I was when I got there. The associates are all excellent humans and definitely deserve to get rewarded as such. Thank You so much you guys for being freaking FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
My favorite place to get food mostly because of Alex. I don’t know her personally outside of Taco Bell but it feels like it. She always remembers me and even what sauce I like. She’s always helpful and friendly. Everyone is actually. The food is always perfect as well. Highly recommend!
