this is a nice place to enjoy food and relax. priced right and no cashiers to take your order. You place your order display panel and pay. I think the the windows needed real deep clean and restaurant could be clean better. The worker's where friendly.

Made an online order and made it 20 minutes in advance. Got there and the employees were all outside and didn't even have the order made yet. Got home and didn't even have half my order not including the extra avocado salsa they charged me for that I didn't get.

Normally I don't leave one Stars I just deal with it but when I ordered I said NO TOMATO on an item which was a soft shell taco, and received it and it looked like there was extra tomato on it so I had to give my girlfriend my tacos which was cheese and meat only because she is ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES and she said she even tasted it halfway through my tacos which would mean the didn't change gloves through items and next thing you know her tongue is swelling and hard to breathe, food wasn't bad wasn't fresh but wasn't bad but the fact of saying no tomato and receiving extra was no cool and luckily had medicine on to stop swelling. Not sure how they could fix this has if she was highly allergic and didn't have the meds on us who knows how it could of turned out.
(Btw this happened at 12:50am may 31st receipt says no tomato and I don't want to publicly say the employee name.)

Skimpy on the taco meat, but it was still yummy. Ordering was easy, and the woman was nice. The man at the window was also very nice and gave me extra hot sauce 😊

The person on the drive thru was less than enthusiastic about taking our order. I don't expect super ecstatic, but a little more than "uh-huh" would be nice.
The food was good, and it was accurate with our special accommodations, though.
The drinks that came with the meal used to be much bigger. Especially when two meals cost over $28. Not so fiscally responsible to eat at Taco Bell anymore, I guess.

It's 11:00pm-12am and the manager on duty is very disrespectful, we ordered food on the app and they got all of it wrong and then when I called to get it corrected he said he would then just hung up on me. When my fiancé called back because we realized his was wrong too, the manager was wanting to argue about if the food was right or not. I don't get it, the customer gets the receipt with the order to show what we pay for and so they should go by that, but nope he wanted to go by whatever the thing he has said but what's funny is the app and the receipt we got matched what everything was supposed to be and everything we got was wrong so you tell me, what was he looking at that didn't match the receipt and the app??? Come on now!! I've worked in customer service for many many years and I know how it is to deal with customers and the way he did is NOT the right way, just saying!! I wasn't trying to get free food just correct food, we even offered to send the messed up order back, he also wouldn't give his name when asked what it was, that's bad service too. On top of ALL of that, waiting in the drive thru to pick up the order that was made online was 40 min long!!! 40 min for an order pickup that was made way in advance online, COME ON!!! Will never go here again I'll make the drive to the Bourbonnais one instead.
