I’ve been going to Uplifted Bistro for quite a while. Normally their sandwiches are reasonably good. Today I got a Cheesy Bacon Spud. Epic fail. The potato wasn’t fully cooked. It was missing the oinion and sour cream and only had a tiny bit of cheese. Worst was they used 1 strip of maple bacon, rather than hickory smoked bacon crumbles. Not uplifted in the least.

This place is cool! Reallllly good breakfast sandwich. Got the simple egg and cheese and it comes with an aoli. Highly recommend. Coffee was solid too, got a pecan cold brew.

I really wanted to like this. I was warned off it by a friend but tried anyway. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich which is pictured on a croissant.
I did not select a bread substitute and instead of a croissant it came on greasy soggy grilled cheese bread. The chicken chunks were so huge and chewy they were inedible. Barely any grapes at all, so no sweetness in any bite.
Incredibly disappointing and will not be back. Way too mediocre of food for the price they are charging.

Nice coffee shop with great breakfast sandwiches. My latte was good and I love that they offer macadamia nut flavour - not very common! But their breakfast sandwiches are SO good!
