Decided to try Lodi tonight. When we stepped in the place didn’t seem busy, but still felt understaffed. Ordered the BBQ pulled pork Mac & cheese based on the recommendation of the person dining next to us. We waited for about 45 minutes and finally received our food only to discover that it was cold. I hunted down a server and asked them to take it back and heat it up for us.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food during a non busy time. Needless to say very disappointed with service and won’t be going back again anytime soon, especially for the cost and service received.
Couldn’t get anyone to greet us when we walked in. Finally a bartender came over and we asked if we could sit outside, she said to go ask the waiter outside. Went outside and there was no waiter, waited for 10min for her to tell us she has no seating, there was a ton of open seats.
