Family restaurant with good food . Very good hamburger, nice and thick . Very good chef s salad nice and big. Pasta was great with a wonderful sauce . If you are ever in Marengo Illinois try it

Friday fish fry was really good, and they took great care of us even though we showed up 20 minutes before close (we were camping nearby and just finished setup). For the fish fry, you can choose cod or walleye, we went with cod. Perfectly cooked, piping hot. At the end of the day, you'd expect the oil to be off, but these guys must be pros because every piece was perfection. Clam chowder was basic, but wasn't there for that anyway. Great service. Thank you!

Cafe 20 catered our Open House this summer - AMAZING! John set up the space, made food fresh to order and was 110% customer service oriented. The schnitzel was as good as I remember it in Germany! Even our customers that came to the Open House raved about the food! Thank you John for always doing an amazing job!
