Do not order from the mobile app at this store. I ordered a drink that was on their mobile app. When I went to pick it up, I was told they no longer carry that item. When I asked for a refund, I was told they can't do refunds and I would have to contact Customer Service. Of course, Customer Service is not open on weekends. You then have to send an email. If someone even bothers to read the email, you will have to wait to get your money back for a product they never had any intention of giving you. In any other business model, this would be considered fraud or down right theft. If you want to jump through hoops to try to get your money back, then go to this store.

Waited in drive through line for 20 minutes at the window for a simple large hot coffee with caramel and sugar. 4 women inside walking all around and not helping me at the window. I had them the cash for the coffee only to be told that they don’t accept cash due to someone counting the money. I handed them $20.45 when the total was $3.45. The First Lady I handed the money to kept the $0.45 and a Second Lady handed me my $20 back after them walking around inside with it for 10 minutes. I left without my coffee because they would not accept the cash. Absolutely terrible service and clueless employees.
Two visits in a row they did not add the requested sweetener. No fancy alteration - just didn't add packets. Their coffee is gross with no sugar.

Ordered a frozen bonfire s'more coffee without whip cream. And they put whip cream on. After the young man in the drive threw had made the drink. Literally saw them take the drink and add the whip cream. Like seriously? What's with no one having name tags? Is this a new way to avoid accountability should the employees mess up or what? Location is usually nice and clean. Staff is generally friendly but that whole incident is just like really? Why is the bread never toasted correctly? It's always soggy or over burnt no in-between.

This is one of the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. My drink is made differently every time I go in there. I just had to throw away an iced chai latte because all it tasted like was milk. Last time, I went there, same thing, and I asked for more chai and got major attitude and looks from the manager. The problem is YOU. Maybe if you trained people properly on how to make drinks, customers would know what to expect. I've never had these issues at another Dunkin'. Drinks always the same. Not in Marengo.
