Very well up kept. Clean, bright, and friendly staff. Always stop on my way to Belvidere.
These are good people who sponsor the Woodstock Groundhog Day events. My beef is with the new ordering setup, and that's Corporate's deal.
Had to wait behind people who didn't know how to use the ordering machine. No one at the registers. Couldn't find the frappé in the drinks, which included coffees. Had to flag down a service person to get the order in. Under a time crunch, I lost 8 minutes.
Great service to the group of 6 old veterans and spouses.
The manager is the coolest person ever.
Once the delivery took more than 1 1/2 hours, then I canceled.

I have tried to understand the ordering process. I am 80 and so do not understand the kisock. I asked for help and was treated very badly
No one would take my order at the counter. You know old people like me and people with disabilities can not do this. I really likecdonalds but lhave not gone in one in a long time because of the treatment I got.
Clean restaurant and toilets, funny employees, same food as every McDonald’s
This is THE best McDonald's to get breakfast at ever! The food is always hot and delicious. You will not find a better hashbrown anywhere 10 out of 10! Always crispy with great potato flavor. The morning crew is always friendly and kind, just a great group, we love them!
You need to tell the employees to wear rubber gloves my coffee lid and cup smell like a woman’s lotion or purfume that overpowers the smell of the coffee.
