As a customer service industry of fast food, they did absolutist nothing in any regard to help when a situation arose. Ordered online. They lost my order. Mother was picking it up at the time because of my own personal scheduling, but Showed them my receipt and my order refuses to service her. Had to pay out of pocket twice. Called to speak to manager. Refused to answer. Called back while later only to be met with no understanding of the English language. Refused to give me corporates number. Hung up on me. Worst service ever.

Just passing through, stopped for restroom and snack. Restrooms are clean, ordered at kiosk - received quick and correct even though they were busy. WELL DONE McDonalds of Marengo!

Poor service, they cancelled my order and didn't resolve anything. The manager treats people very badly.

We love McDs breakfast, and the Marengo location always has fresh, fast and hot food for road trips.

Massively short staffed which is understandable but the lack of communication with customers was an issue. Many customers and myself included waited 20min I would say.

I've never had a issue here until recently a manager named Rosie was extremely rude and unprofessional makes rude comments to other staff as I witnessed

Very typical for the chain. Parking lot is small and awkward, especially the drive through which wraps around behind. Service is more accurate than some other nearby locations, but is also slower. Strongly recommend using the app to order ahead, as it seems to be tge go to stop for local school teams.

If you’re looking for a master class in disappointment, this is the place. Ask for a McDouble with no pickles? They’ll bless you with extra pickles, like they’re running a secret pickle-promotion. Request fresh fries? You’ll get a soggy science experiment. Order hot nuggets? You’ll be served something that tastes like it’s been sitting in time-out since lunch rush.

And when they do promise “fresh,” brace yourself, because apparently “fresh” here means nuking your burger in the microwave until it’s hotter than the surface of the sun. Nothing says quality like burning your tongue on a sandwich that still tastes stale.

This wasn’t a one-off mistake. This was my fourth strike in three months. At this point, McDonald’s should stop calling this “fast food” and start advertising it as “wrong food, slow regret.”

Marengo McDonald’s, do yourself (and us) a favor and hang up the golden arches. They’ve turned into rusty ones.

I love my little local McDonald's! They're super quick, always friendly and I've actually never had a poor meal or drink from here. You can tell the people who work there enjoy their jobs and the environment is healthy. I'll always represent this mcdonalds!

Very clean and bright McDonald's. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Different seating than I've seen in other McDonald's with the barstool like booths. Kind of cool.

Went through the drive through, ordered 3 meals and one sandwich. Kids meals were fine. They have me a huge drink, no fries, and a completely plain piece of chicken on a bun for my meal and my husband's sandwich was also missing 3 toppings. No thanks.
