Long time drive up restaurant. Old fashioned burgers, fries, and ice cream place. Service can occasionally be a bit slow, patience is advised. The ice cream treats are always delicious. Burgers can be a bit dry. Curly fries are the best of the potato choices. The portions for fries are pretty big so go one smaller than you think and then get more if you’re not full. Get the cheese on the side of the cheese fries. They tend to get soggy and cold quickly and not as appetizing. We go here frequently and will continue.
Vegetarian options: French fries, onion rings. Not the place to go for vegetarian choices.
Kid-friendliness: Small and limited indoor dining. Lots of outdoor seating in season. The menu is very kid friendly, and we all scream for ice cream. ?

Stoped in for dinner and was less than impressed. My wife and I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Combo and BBQ Chicken wrap Combo. It took 20 mins to get and we were the only ones there. Not only that but they served the Philly Cheesesteak to me without meat! When I mentioned it the staff said o well we can remake it and just laughed. Terrible Customer Service.

I’ll cut to the chase, my order of two malts took over 45 minutes after they skipped my order twice. The sanitation was subpar and their organizational methods were all out of wack. Not too mention when I got the malts they were mediocre at best for 45 minutes. I do not recommend.

I used to live in Marengo when my kids were young for 9 years and loved the food here. Just started a new job in Marengo and decided to try ordering here again. Heard they reopened recently and the ice cream products are awesome! I also have ordered my own old favorites and recommend the burgers, Philly cheesesteak, pizza puffs and my ultimate favorite curly cheese fries! They have great service and care about their food and customers and it is a decent price! It is a small town atmosphere with some inside seating and also outside. You will love this place!
Just wanted some fries they were over cooked and oil was old didn't taste like a ? also notice no pricing on anything. Will not go back.

Good food at a good price. The best thing about this restaurant besides the food is the friendly employees. The portion sizes are really good, and you never finish the meal hungry.

I love this small mom and Pop restaurant/ice cream shop. Food can be a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it. When I get an order that is wrong they always take the steps needed to correct it which was not always the case so that’s a nice change. It’s definitely my number one go to in Marengo.
