Pointer’s Saloon allowed me to host a Celebration of Life type event. They accommodated between 20-30 people on a Saturday night in their dining area which later lead us to the bar area. The owner personally came and greeted me and gave his condolences. The staff was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly and fast! They had food made ON TIME & kept up with our add ons. Wonderful place great food and amazing service!!
New Owner won’t accept gift cards that clearly state it is for pointers that was revived at Christmas time. The name and look of the entire restaurant stays the same but won’t honor the gift cards. We ordered $54 of food and not only was the card not honored but the food was not even prepared right we didn’t even eat most of it shrimp was soggy, burger undercooked, and steak sandwich over cooked Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
