For a brew pub Some menu items are very good, while others are a little iffy, like burgers vs. fish entre. Cocktails are very good, with a decent beer selection. The new owners are starting to hit their stride and getting to know the area. I'm sure the ratings will be all 4s very soon. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Food was ok, server was nice. Got a giftcard for Christmas and brought it here, because it clearly stated Pointers Saloon on the giftcard. Was told we couldn’t use it there and they’re being “phased out”. Really? How long does it take to remove your restaurant off a giftcard? Had to pay over $70 out of pocket for an ok meal. Won’t be back. Will gladly take the giftcard to an actual Niko’s establishment.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing! Brianna made our visit so fun. Her personality had us laughing the entire time we were there. Can't wait to go back and see her! The other waitress on shift (Madison I believe) was great as well! They were laughing and joking with each other and had us in tears.

Very cool aesthetics, food is good but the difference is the staff. Cassie is an all star bartender who’s been there and done that, un phased by the amount of foot traffic and always on her game. A+ bartender. Best on this side of anything. The entire staff is welcoming and entertaining. Madison, Brianna, Hannah and Cassie are worth getting to know. Beware, if you do, you’ll without a doubt be back.

We've gone here for years, always the Best baked French Onion soup. Hubs likes the fish fry. Have given the new owner 3 chances and have been disappointed every time. The soup isn't as rich as it used to be, seems watered down. Still tasty, but not what we we're used to. And not sure what changed, because we were told same recipe and cook for over 10 years but the tarter sauce is NOT tarter sauce. More like mayo with some salt and pepper, no tang like it should have at all. And prices just keep going higher, I understand everything has gone up, but if you're going to raise a meals price by $3.00, at least correct your website so customers are aware. Owner seems like he wants to care, but it just doesn't come across that way. Very disappointed. Probably won't go back, I just won't pay $45 for 2 meals for flavorless and overcooked food (chicken strips were dry and chewy).
Food is average. Since the menu change a few years back, the place has gone downhill. The food quality that once was, sadly was no more.

In last 3 months I have eaten there twice. Cheeseburger had an overpowering flavor of pepper which seemed to be masking a freezer burn/ old meat flavor. Crispy chicken salad, thin chicken with lots of breading, I don't think it was made in house. Lettuce soaked in water had absolutely no Crispy to it! Bacon on the salad was chewy and fatty, i was concerned about doneness, pushed it to the side. 2 tablespoon size cups of dressing included. I will not be giving them a 3 rd chance.

I felt so bad for my server today, she had so many tables and was working the floor alone and bartending (and had to make pizzas). She did a fantastic job and always had a smile today thank you Nichole (I think that is what you said your name was). You handled everything so well it was awesome. My family has always had amazing servers while eatting there and we go about 5 times a year, for the past couple years, and the food is always very good. We have had a few small mistakes every once in awhile but nothing is always perfect and it still taste good anyways. Keep working hard!
