The service here was pretty slow, we waited an hour for our food and I feel like this place wasted our time. The pizza was normal. The cheese was good at least I just didn't like how greasy it was. I would try somewhere

This place is garbage. It must have changed owners or management at some point, because it was never this bad before. The pizza we picked up tonight tasted absolutely horrible. Never ordering here again. Just bad experiences over and over.

The girl working at 8:45 p.m. on 11/1/23 took my order/payment over the phone and says I am all set. Then I go to pick up my order and she says my card declined upon arrival. I went back home retrieved my card which there was absolutely nothing with and paid for my order. She says your all set again and don't even give me my beverage that was paid for. Then proceeds to tell the manager Reuben and myself that she tried calling me twice. I showed Reuben my call log and there were no calls from Rosati's other than the one i placed. Reuben just said he was sorry but didn't offer any compensation for my back and forth what so ever. I will not go there again after going there for many years and I will use my influence to see to it that the people I know throughout the area do not use them anymore as well.
Every time I have ordered they mess it up somehow. I ask for thick crust every time I get a thin burnt crusts. Place is run by kids they don't even confirm the order or address. I asked for hot peppers in a cup on the side but maybe that was too difficult because they put it on both sides of the pizza with two different halfs. I ordered thick crust and peppers on the side because it was my grandma's 100 birthday and she can't handle spicy or crunchy food. Most of my orders take place on the weekends and if I call vavk with an issue these kids just lie and say there's no manager there and hang up with out asking why really had a terrible experience overall my order was good maybe 2 out of 10 orders if you're lucky.

I've been here three times and have had to return twice due to an incorrect order. This last time they called me back to make sure I brought back the incorrectly made sandwich like I was running $7 con. They told me it would be ready in 5-10 minutes, but after driving back, I stood there for a full ten minutes. I assume they needed to do a "lack of cheese" investigation on the partially eaten chicken parm before beginning to make the new one.I love the Greek pizza and the counter girls are sweet (sorry I was frustrated if you read this) but management here is weird and rather rude. I'm afraid three strikes and you're out.
