Two girls working with the amount of advertising this company doesnt provide anymore. Thats why Applebees is going out of business. There was one hostess and one bartender/server that did PHENOMENAL. I just hated seeing them work so hard! Please apply to work here and help those girls out 💕 The food was delivered quickly and hot. My drinks were top notch. Excellent work, girls. Screw this company though

We stopped by after some Christmas shopping on 12/10/25 and were greeted right away by the host, who was very friendly. Our waitress came over quickly to take our order and brought our drinks out in no time. Whoever was in the kitchen that night absolutely knocked it out of the park—the food was amazing and fresh! We haven’t been to this location in a while, and we were very impressed with the overall service. We’ll definitely be going back!

Last night my wife and I went to the Applebee's I Marion IL. what was supposed to be a nice dinner didn't come to pass.
Sitting at the table waiting for someone to get drinks This was 30 minutes easily.
A part of our order was never brought to the table (pickle fries). We had to ask and ask about these to which the waitress responded ok ok I will bring them.
My wife's cocktail was sub par at best. It was our Wedding Anniversary and this is how newlyweds get treated?!!!
Thanks but no thanks, Re-training, Mass terminations and holding those weaker links in your team accountable.
There was no excuse for this, the restaurant was not full by any means. The team working was off their A game immensely.

The worst customer service and food I’ve ever had at Applebees. We got our entrées before the appetizers. The pretzel bread was hard as a rock and the wings had no sauce on them from sitting so long. Asked to speak to the manager he was so rude literally said I’m not comping your meal if that’s what your wanting and your lucky to get your food it was supposed to go to another table! Will not be returning!
