We came in an hour before close and the kitchen was closed?? I would get maybe 15 minutes but a whole hour is ridiculous. I have worked in the restaurant business and we served people right up until close so closing an hour before is just unacceptable really.

Tried to order delivery through the app and the payment part wouldn't work so had to switch to pick up. After picking up and getting home found out there was no dressing for the oriental chicken salad we ordered. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered. Doubt I will go back again.

I ordered take-out and I got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries, it was the worst chicken I have ever had, the top bun and the chicken were burnt and I couldn't even chew threw it and even when I tried to teat the chicken up to take off the burnt pieces the whole thing fell apart it was some of the worst food I have ever ate from applebees and it took 40 minutes to even get our food, we ordered it at 6 pm said would be ready by 6:20 pm and they didn't bring it out until 6:40 pm so it's no wonder the sandwich was a rock by then but the chicken was the worst being burnt like that, normally the food is great but I will not be going back for a long time if ever, it wasn't worth my time or money and the staff who brought it out acted like it I should be grateful she brought it out at all like it was a waste of her time so I won't be back any time soon.

Apparently they canāt refill drinks. They get paid to walk around and thatās about it.
I only gave them 1 star otherwise you canāt post a review. The service was terrible. Ordered appetizers and wasnāt given plates or napkins. I had to wait on my food when everyone at our table received theirs. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. I honestly donāt know how theyāre open. My granddaughter didnāt even eat her food she said it was awful. I wish the Applebeeās in Carbondale was still open that was a great restaurant. This was my first and last time eating at this Applebeeās.

Over 10 dirty tables that didn't get cleaned the 45 minutes we were there, dirty everything, food was bordering on inedible due to flavor and preparedness. The waitress was the only nice experience. Not worth the $30, couldn't finish the food because of how bad it was. Got sat at a dirty table.
