I like Arby's, I mean it's Arby's, the Gyros and Sandwiches are good, the curly fries always hit the spot because a lot of fast food restaurants don't serve them. All in all it's not the best fast food restaurant in the world, but it's good for a quick bite.

Website says open til 11pm, went to the drive thru (w/3other cars) at 10pm. All lights (in/out) were still on. A worker actually came out and yelled at the cars in drive thru that they were closed.

I will NEVER (attempt to) eat here again. Not even if they offered me free food for life. Tonight is the second time in less than a month they didn't have roast beef. In case you didn't catch it the first time ... Arby's Roast Beef didn't have roast beef. This time instead of waiting in line for fifteen minutes to find out, I had the misfortune of using the app to place my order. After placing my order I got delayed and didn't get to the store until 20 minutes later. When I did arrive and go inside to pick our food up, there was nothing in the online order pickup rack. It took 7 minutes for an employee to come to walk by so I could flag her down and find out what was going on. I was informed the roast beef was not up to temperature and the girl just wandered off without saying anything else. Eight more minutes go by and I eventually decided to yell to people out of sight in back and ask for more information. Even then I had to get very specific with my questions because they weren't interesting in telling what my options were. Ultimately, nobody was there who was able to refund my money. So now I have to call tomorrow and hopefully contact a grown-up who can return my money for the food I paid for and never received. I'm just done paying money to not get what I ordered (or anything for that matter) and then be ignored when I try to resolve the issue.

No more Italian sandwich, and now WAF. The bathrooms are labeled all gender. Get bent. It's called UNISEX. Bathrooms are classified by sex, not feelings. Can't get too much more woke than that. I never thought the restaurant that has a cowboy hat for a logo would go woke. Sad day.

Over the course of several visits food has been left out that was ordered and or wrong food received. Have tried to chalk it up to being busy or new staff but several times in a row is inexcusable. Can't say we'll be returning unfortunately.

Picked a Doordash order up at 8:00pm oct 31, manager “maybe” the one handling all the food, the fries, does not have a hat, hair net or gloves on, very unsanitary, when she is prepping and cooking the orders, the drive through lady even has a hat on, I have been waiting for over ten minutes for a doordash that is marked ready for pickup through Arby’s and it is not.

Roast beef, that's what they do. "We're sorry but we won't have any roast beef ready for about 30 minutes" is what I was told about 6 PM on a Wednesday evening.

This store allows their managers to record the employees on their personal phones. Does not protect the employee from harassment by managers to which I and several customers were witness to.

I am also an ex employee of this store who left for the above stated reason and nothing was done about it before I left which means it is still happening now a month later

I do not recommend ever going to this store and hope something gets done or this store because of it doesn't I see a lot more employees leaving and fast
