Service was good but employees need education on their menu. Ordered the lemon garlic chicken and steak tip combo. The menu clearly states it comes with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli for a price of $18.78. They proceeded to upcharge $2 for the loaded mashed potatoes. When I brought this to their attention, I was told this was automatic in their system. They didn't offer to make the proper correction. So I reflected it in the tip.
Food was not what we expected. Three of our group had chicken which was very tough. The platter of dinner rolls (6) had perhaps been on the warming tray for too long as the rolls were hard, tough, and had to be cut with a steak knife.

We went for breakfast on a Saturday at my husband's request, neither of us have ever eaten breakfast at a Bob Evan's and I haven't eaten there at all in at least 20 years. To my absolute surprise, we had an amazing experience! I read reviews of our specific Marion location and saw more negative than positive, so I was not very hopeful. Our server was not overly nice, but she was attentive and got everything correct and made sure we didn't sit waiting for anything for too long. The food was outstanding, the restaurant was very clean. Overall we had an excellent experience and we will be back! If you're on the fence, give it a shot!

Always excellent service and servers! Yummy food, not too salty, good portions, coffee wasn't as good this time sadly. Lovely management. It was really busy on Black Friday. Quickly seated. Value menu is perfect! Pleasantly full. Still plenty of parking. Clean and easy to navigate for a wheelchair ( parking, entry and ailses( or mobility device.

Service was poor, no one could even fake a smile. Restaurant had hardly any guests and it still took an hour for food to hit our table. Our server never refilled our drinks. Food was mediocre at best.

Went there for Veteran Day breakfast. Area was clean, waitress was prompt, friendly, and knew the menu. Highly recommend.
Turkey and trimmings dinner was enough food. Everything had good flavor and was warm when it got to the table. Our server came by a few times to be sure we had everything. It was a good visit.

Can’t really give a 1 star but seating was prompt. Order taken promptly. We had breakfast after church on Sunday. It took an hour to get our order - everything was cold. Biscuits were hard as rocks. Order must have been sitting there. Usually good food but this time terrible.
