Went to the one in Marion Illinois yesterday. Asked for an extra egg never got it. This was biscuits and gravy. No biscuits or the extra gravy I asked for. Overall they suck! So do the cooks, lazy and worthless.

Found 2 hairs in my food while eating... My southwest avocado omelet was bland and not good at all. He server was so backed uo we barely received refills and seen her maybe twice the whole time. One of the worst experiences I have had here, and we do not come often.... It's a shame. We won't be back anytime soon.

The wife and I at one time visited Bob Evans in Marion Il often however the service had became very bad so we had stopped, today 1/31/25 at 1 55 P we decided to give the restaurant another try, we arrived and was seated where we waited 18 minutes with no contact while the waiters stood behind the counter discussing what had transpired in there time off. There was a total of 4 people in the restaurant. Needless to say the service has not improved!!!!

This restaurant does not have the business or the quality of service it once had when i lived in the area.. We had a party of 6, one of which was a 1 year old. and we waited at least 30-40 minutes for our food, which was primarily breakfast entrees. There were less than a dozen diners in the restaurant on a Friday nite at 7. Food ok but the slow service is a dealbreaker. Many other options in Marion these days. The last time I was in this restaurant the service was just as slow....sorry, Bob but I'm moving on!

2nd chance breakfast. Plate had more grease than the 1st visit on the hash browns. Guess I'll be looking for some small home cooking place for breakfast in my new location. Definitely not a fan of this location.

I haven't been to Bob Evans in several years and after going today I remember why. My potatoes were under cooked and the gravy wasn't edible. I stood at the counter waiting for service, 3 people walked past and never helped.
