The ladies working Saturday night were absolutely amazing, very very nice,food was delicious not the norm for the Bojangles I've visited before, they actually changed my entire opinion on the chain. I spent several hours at the truck stop, (in the restaurant)... Eat dinner and caught up on some paperwork. Not one time did I feel rushed or that I was in the way. Thank you ladies for making me feel welcome truly gave me something positive to take from Marion Illinois.

Id give 20 stars if I could. This place and their day shift manager Thomas deserve friggin awards for how well they take care of their guests. I'm an over the road trucker, was passing through getting fuel, decided to get a sandwich for lunch. Had some issues with my debit card. I showed Thomas my account overview on my phone just showing that I did indeed have funds, because I was thinking something was wrong with their system. I hung around and tried to swipe several times before contacting my bank. I was then made aware that the issue was actually on their end and not with Bojangles or Loves. My bank then corrected the issue and told me my card should work in a few minutes. Well after 10 to 15 min of waiting I tried to swipe again and it still didn't work. At which point Thomas handed me my food and drink and told me he would take care of it. He and his coworkers dont know how my day had been or what I've been going through personally in life. That act of kindness gave me hope for humanity truly. Yeah I know its just a chicken sandwich and some fries and a diet Pepsi. $12 and some change. But the kindness and understanding and empathy was priceless. So Thomas to you and all your crew Thank You. Yall are awesome. And everyone should go here and enjoy the good food made by good people.

Chicken tenders were good and fresh, grilled chicken was okay but kind of soggy, there was a new girl working the counter, as she stated in a monotone voice with no smile. My mother proceeded to hand the girl a $100 bill, it was an older bill, and she said OUT LOUD in front of other customers that it was fake, it was not a fake bill.. embarrassed the living crap out of us. They need to teach manners to the younger generation, they have no customer service skills whatsoever.

i will never eat at this place again … i’m not even the type to even do reviews but i was drinking my lemonade and i said out loud “this is too sweet..” i pulled off the lid and i saw something floating at the top… i didn’t want to believe it but it was a tiny knat floating at the top and lost my whole appetite… yea that was my experience…
