Summer
I placed my order at 6:33. We came in at 7 and had nobody come to the pick up area. Then I asked about the order at the front door and they checked it wasn’t ready. Then a girl who works by table 84 said it still wasn’t ready. Then a brunette by table 82 said it will be a minute. I just got asked about my order again. 7:26. Just got asked about my order again at 7:29. No order. I’ve watched about 8 orders come out. So I sat down. 7:34 still no food. A huge table of food came out now by booth 86. There have been 3 of us sitting for almost 46 minutes now. This is not usually how service goes here. And we spend a lot at Buffalo Wild Wings. Usually I don’t complain since I’ve worked in the service industry for 16 years but this is a mess. I also emailed u guys.

Stood at the counter for 20 minutes before someone came to talk to me to only be told it would be 45 min before they had a table ready. Very confusing considering there was atleast 20 open tables. Short staffed I guess. I was disappointed.

Called in to place a pick up order and they answered and hung up immediately. Called back a few minuets later assuming they were just busy at the time… They answered but said nothing and put me on hold. Waited 20 mins on hold. Extensive retraining or simply training from management down is needed at this location.

Did a take out for 30 traditional Wings. Got home and there were 30 boneless wings. Called b-dubs, and spoke to Jarrett. Could NOT HAVE BEEN NICER.. Very professional and made it right with me. The food tasted fine, but I always get traditional. Boneless(my opinion) are just chicken nuggets. But because of the way their assistant manager Jarrett conducted himself with me, i WILL be back. 1st rate experience even with the order mix-up.
