I just left this place about 5 mins ago. I came in as a part of one and requested a high top bar. I waited about 15 minutes and no one came to greet meet despite the multiple servers walking past me and smiling. It was definitely weird vibes here, I’ve been to BWW in multiple locations but I’ve never had to wait that long to be greeted.

Came in with family to try the boneless wings. Haven’t been to a BWW in about 10 years, so i thought it was time! Got the mild, but need to get the sauce on the side next time. The wings were dripping with the sauce. I like a little more control over the amount. Definitely worth getting again!

There was atleast 12 open tables and multiple people waiting to be seated and nobody at the hostess station. Terrible service

They don't take reservations so why do you offer this service for them. We had to wait even with reservations bc they said they don't use your service!!!!! So then why does your company advertise this as something you do?!?!

Expensive. Had the medium heat 15 wings, I'm not a big French fry eater so I had the coleslaw. Chicken had lots of breading on it. Don't think I would go back because of the cost.
