Ordered from my app, aka did their job of entering in what I wanted, so as to make sure it was entered correctly because they never seem able to handle that. Have grandpa pick it up and we are eating with the whole family and grand kids, I should have had him checked the food before he left but he didn’t really know what everyone had wanted. Gave us the wrong order, and live over 15 minutes away so going back not really an option, little kids were already really hungry. I called and the manager Tyler was awful, she said there’s nothing at all she can do because it was an online order, and how it’s my responsibility to check my food before I leave, so it’s my job to enter my order and to make sure it’s right and in the bag, sounds like you shouldn’t have a job then because I’m doing it all for you. I contact cooperate and they said we can offer you a coupon for money on another visit. Refuse to refund the money I paid for food I didn’t receive which I’m pretty sure is theft. So corporate is as bad as their local mgmt, no wonder this happens so often and Burger King as a whole is suffering as a company, I would avoid this location, and using the app period.

Stopped by around 5PM tonight. Food is usually good but this time the fries were all completely stale. Couldn't even chew them they were that bad. Whomever in charge of the fries tonight need put on dishwasher. Pitiful work ethic. Thanks.

There was so much mayo on the sandwich it should be advertised as a mayo sandwich...they didn't put sauce in bag and wife's impossible burger was made on same grill as beef and beef makes her sick....yet they think they are worth more money...
I eat at this location multiple times a week for my lunch break. Yesterday I had a later lunch and decided to go to bk. I had to ask what the managers name was because she is rude! Tiffany… have more respect for your crew members, stop taking a district manager job to your head (you made bk a career, come on now) if you want people to work for you and happily serve us what we pay for (it helps pay your salary too) then talk to them with respect. As we wait for food we watch and see what goes on. You don’t have to be so mean and rude to do your job. To whomever put her in the position she is in, I’ll just shake my head. Tiffany hates all of her employees so what does she think about us customers? I’m sure those employees are under age and have parents as well.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t take my kids in this place while the district manager is there, she’s extremely rude and doesn’t know how to speak to anyone

The night shift at the Burger King doesn't even deserve 1 star. I made an online order at 6:07PM and arrived at the restaurant at roughly 6:30PM as I came from Johnston City to Marion. I told them I was here for my order and was given my drink and pulled into one of the reserved parking spots. I waited in my car until 7:05PM. I finally decided to go in after watching car after car drive up, order, get their food, and leave. I walked in and asked about my order, they looked confused, then started putting food in bags and handed it to me. It was the wrong order! My oder had been sitting on the counter for the ENTIRE time. Once they figured themselves out, I was handed my food without any apologies or someone to accept responsibility for the mistake. Of course once I get to my food it is cold and I've pretty much lost my appetite out of anger and disgust for spending 45 dollars on trash service and cold food.

I went here this morning for breakfast. I was left waiting 5 minutes at the speaker, which is okay. I understand that sometimes staffing issues happen, and things take longer. It’s honestly okay for a little extra wait… usually. I was instructed to go to the first window to pay. I sat there for 7 minutes, with nobody coming to the window. I eventually just pulled up to the second window, where I waited there for another 5 minutes before they took my payment…then they asked me to pull ahead and continue to wait. After another 5 minutes they delivered my food. At this point, I just needed to get to get back with my group’s breakfast (the whole reason I went here was because we were in a hurry). After getting back and I started handing out the order, I found that a large portion of our order was completely missing. Paying over $30 for three meals, waiting over 20 minutes for fast food, and for a large chunk of my order to be outright missing…is rather disappointing.
