4/19/25 12:30 pm. The store is in shambles but no customers. The bathroom is disgusting!!! The girl at the deli would NOT budge on making me a sandwhich!!! She kept trying to get me to buy a cold one off the shelf! Your signs say fresh! I wanted a fresh one!! The guy that was working that looked like he was in a accident tried to help but she was telling him NO and was being overbearing. All I wanted was a couple of fresh toasted sandwiches. She said I can buy one off the shelf and she will warm it in the microwave! WTH??? NO hot food on the shelfs NO Nothing! Then I noticed she was making a pizza with NO gloves!!! I was done!!!! Shame on you Caseys!!! I'm NOT stopping here, I'm contacting whoever needs to take a look at this store! We were traveling and so glad to see a Caseys and we're completely disgusted and disappointed! This is probably why your store is completely empty on a Saturday a day before Easter!!!!! Don't waste your time here, and complete waste of time!!

No hot and ready food available. Very unfortunate for a traveler on a time crunch. Caseys is usually my go to stop so I was let down and regret stopping here. Avoid this location if you want food hot and ready.

I ordered pizza tonight and only two workers. They got my food made and was both respectful! Didn't get their names but thank you for making sure my food got to me as busy as you guys were tonight!

Well this was unfortunate because Casey's usually is a very clean friendly establishment and with a lot of choices. I got some apple juice and the checker was very kind to me. It was a little older gentleman and we had a good conversation and my sister-in-law went to go place an order for some chicken nuggets for my mother. So she comes back and she's not very happy and I said what's going on? She said I told the young woman that I was ready to order and she's just standing there looking at me. I'm like what And she says yeah she's making salads and she's just ignoring me and she won't wait on me so I'm not going to order anything I mean what do you do 😫 So then we went outside to get gas and I don't know what's going on with their pumps but I tell you we tried two pumps Both of the pumps didn't work we tried two different cards and it wouldn't turn on and so we finally just decided to leave what a waste of time

Stopped in for gas. Went in line to pay with cash. No attendant for approx three maybe four minutes while two employees were socializing with separate parties out front. Great gas station terrible service
Stopped in for a quick breakfast around 8:50 in the morning. Absolutely no breakfast pizzas, sandwiches or anything was in the warmers (completely empty). There were several sandwiches sitting (already in plastic packages) on a table behind the counter. When we asked the employee behind the counter how long it would be, we were told it would be about 15 minutes. Employee appeared unconcerned and working at a very relaxed pace. I would not recommend this location.

I went to the Casey’s that opened up in Paducah Kentucky to get a yummy Casey’s pizza and they only have a cook from 9 AM to 11 AM in the morning or you could order a pizza of toppings that you would like on it otherwise you just get pizza out of the spinning heater not so good and definitely no cook there on the weekends boo. It asked if I dined in get delivery, it has what I got. I didn’t get anything.
