Stopped in for a quick breakfast around 8:50 in the morning. Absolutely no breakfast pizzas, sandwiches or anything was in the warmers (completely empty). There were several sandwiches sitting (already in plastic packages) on a table behind the counter. When we asked the employee behind the counter how long it would be, we were told it would be about 15 minutes. Employee appeared unconcerned and working at a very relaxed pace. I would not recommend this location.

I went to the Casey’s that opened up in Paducah Kentucky to get a yummy Casey’s pizza and they only have a cook from 9 AM to 11 AM in the morning or you could order a pizza of toppings that you would like on it otherwise you just get pizza out of the spinning heater not so good and definitely no cook there on the weekends boo. It asked if I dined in get delivery, it has what I got. I didn’t get anything.

Waited 40min for a pizza, 15min of it standing watching no pizzas go in oven. Finally asked guy where pizza is and said not even in oven yet. Which is wild because id been there watching him do notta. Had to just cancel my order because i had a baby in the car. Heard girl talking to guy about how he wanted to be fired. Great choice for busiest day of year to work.

We ordered two breakfast pizzas , we were given two regular pizzas, we had an individual that is allergic to tomatoes, that's why we ordered breakfast pizza, we called up there, first they tried telling us that we ordered regular pizza, we never order regular pizza from Casey's, I know what we ordered ok, then they basically said"I don't know what to tell you, not our problem dude",so I will be calling corporate, thankfully the individual with the allergy had her emergency meds with her.
Gas prices here were much better than what further up in Illinois is.

I purchased 1/2 dozen donuts for 6 dollars and wasn't advised that if you had the app you could get 12 donuts for the same price. The guy that was working on yesterday just wasn't helpful.

Prices are THE WORST! Staff doesn't wear masks while preparing sandwiches and food stuffs for sale. Gloves either. Their rude if you are spending snap benefits( link card) I suggest going down the street to the next gas station .

Homely young woman working the register on 11/13/2022 at around 9pm is rude and incompetent. She also smelled of hard alcohol. Very strange, loud behavior and should not be working in customer service. Unfortunate she's unable to function properly just working at a gas station.

This store is nasty !!! 4:45 donuts are not made yet, no breakfast madeat all .The cold bar food is all expired, the guy working in the kitchen working on the food has long hair and no hair net ? y'all going to be eating hair. No the store was not busy, everytime I go to this one Casey's it's dirty. Grab a broom, mop and cleaning rags and get your store right.
