The food was not great, but it wasn't horrible for what you could get.The guacamole was definitely old. I felt more like a bother than a customer.I don't live here, so definitely won't be back.

Terrible , not even close to what you see advertised on television. The guacamole was nothing but a few chunks of avocado, absolutely NO seasoning...won't make the mistake of ordering from this place again !

Be careful ordering through the chipotle pick up lane from this location! They will be sure to make you pay full price and add on tax but won’t give the proper items you ordered, I ordered a salad through the app they charged for toppings and sauces but I didn’t receive them, they feel like the people that go through the chipotle lane already paid for their food so it doesn’t need to be correct! Not really nice to the customer, I don’t come in and give them HALF the money, it’s really not that hard to make sure the orders are correct for people

Got in 45 minutes to close to do a to go order- that's plenty of time. We get there, there's no beans, no lettuce, no pico, no salsa and no brown rice. She even said that they had more but that she wouldn't open up another pack of any of them. The lady then proceeded to be incredibly rude, completely unapologetic and charged us the full price. Terrible service and not even a burrito. Will never go back and we should be issued a refund. This is ridiculous.

Terrible experience. Staff was rude. Food was over 20 minutes delayed after ordering online to go through their chipotle lane. Left without food because I could not wait forever and chipotle is refusing a refund.

My friend has severe food poisoning. Now, he has been sitting on the toilet for over 2 hours. Straight and when we went inside, there was a whole stray cat just at our feet, it was $25 for 2 people.

This was my first time here to eat. Food was great. Although the tables were a bit messy, I'll contribute that to they just had the lunch rush and haven't had a chance to clean them. I got the burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, white rice, lettuce and sour cream. It was very good. The atmosphere is nice. The price was cheaper than I had thought it would be at $13.63 for the bowl and a small soda.

A couple months ago I got a burrito bowl from this location and it gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. So much so that I now have health implications because of it. Definitely will not be going to any chipotle locations again.

I don't prefer canned beans nor bagged rice, it wasn't fully cooked,,, my friend insisted I eat and I was delighted they had brown beans & rice. BIG BOMBER

I still like Moe's better as their food has more flavor than chipotle

I eat and enjoy chipotle all the time. Unfortunately a bad experience at this location. Had a pickup order and was missing a side (they ran out) and they didn’t want to refund or substitute something else. They finally refunded me cash after I insisted on refund. Was missing a cup, and they made a bowl instead of a burrito. The food was cold, and steak was overcooked. The place was a mess. Bathrooms dirty, trash overflowing. Looks like bad management over here. Do better.
