Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Out of several items on menu like hamburger pork chops and waitress was new and no one seemed to be training her we ask for jelly never received ask for vinegar for greens never received

me and my family had breakfast and dinner there and we are all completely satisfied with the food service, and gift shop. Will continue to go to Cracker Barrel in Illinois.

If you go to the Cracker Barrel to eat, please bring a cushion for your butt. The chairs they have for you to sit in are horrible. Very hard wood. Good food, Good Service Seating sucks 😕

Went to have breakfast after my husband's appointment at VA Medical Ctr. First the waitress asked for our drink order, she brought them and gave a reason why they don't have coffee pots due to younger people on night shift ran something through the dishwasher. (really didn't care) The coffee was not hot exampling again that is why they have to keep the coffee in thermos. My husband got another cup. Our breakfast was lukewarm, eggs were not normal scrambled (looked like folded them cut up), gravy was cold and my pancakes were flat and was not browned enough. And I am sorry we did not say anything we were hungry and wanted to get on our way back to KY. Very disappointed in this Cracker Barrel.

Our pick-up order was right on time, it was perfect, delicious and Ciarra the hostess who delivered our order to the car was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you!

Food was wonderful. Our waitress was very pleasant. She was there when we needed her, but didn't hoover over you.

Vegetarian options: There are many items on the menu.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good about listening.

Parking: Lots of parking opportunity's. They have plenty of disability parking, there are 3-4 places if you are just picking up an order. The remainder are free spaces all around.

Kid-friendliness: They do keep the triangles with the pegs for the kids to use. They do give crayons and coloring books also.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for wheelchairs

We love going here. The service this last visit was amazing. We had Joni waiting on us and she did absolutely amazing. She was very attentive to our needs, had very good recommendations on food and drinks. Hope we get her again next time.

Our food for 14 people was 45 minutes late and it was cold by the time we got it. I tried calling the delivery driver several times and she did not answer.
