Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of Culver's but this was the worst experience I have ever had at their restaurant. Ordered two brisket sandwiches, a cheeseburger, some cheese curds and it took 23 minutes in the drive-thru. They lost the order and then once they finally brought it out they were missing the cheese curds and the top bun of the cheeseburger, Yes they forgot the top bun of the cheeseburger. The brisket was so greasy that it dissolved the box and fell apart when opening. It even dissolved through the bag that the food was in. By the time it was all said and done it took almost 30 minutes and got some extremely greasy and cold food. The burger was good but would have been better if it was warm. I will go back and give them another chance at some point but it may be a little while. I have been to this Culver's many times and never had an issue until tonight.

i saw a young girl working this morning, she was trying to put ice cream into the pints and realized she had messed up, but she didn’t get mad or anything she just continued on with what she was doing, it really showed good workmanship, also my food was amazing i will be returning
