i saw a young girl working this morning, she was trying to put ice cream into the pints and realized she had messed up, but she didn’t get mad or anything she just continued on with what she was doing, it really showed good workmanship, also my food was amazing i will be returning

What’s the point in having the number system if you’re just gonna give my order to some random person anyway? And then throw my order in the trash saying “I don’t know who it’s supposed to go to” even though 1. The other customer never touched it and it never left the counter and 2. I was sitting at the table with my number waiting the entire time. Idk, maybe instead of throwing it away, do your job and check for customers waiting with a number? Crazy thought, I know.

I always have a great experience whenever coming to my local culver’s! the staff is very friendly and the food is amazing! an employee i believe her name is Brittany she always makes my concretes delicious and she is incredibly quick with the orders she never keeps anyone waiting. On top of that, she’s always so kind and welcoming when taking orders. No matter how busy it gets, she always has a smile on her face, as well as another girl that didn’t have a name tag, she is always so so kind usually around 8 pm we come and get custard and she makes it so good every time and always ends it with “have a great night guys thank you” which makes the visit even better. culver’s employees are wonderful examples of great customer service, and they make coming to Culver’s a real treat!

Great food but they forgot about our order and it was sitting on counter bagged for 8-10 minutes before they realized it was out to go order.

Asked for a patty melt with no onions so I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru and give me my food, I drive 30 minutes to go home and by the time I open the food it’s absolutely smothered in onions. I did not order this and will definitely not be coming back
We didn’t appreciate hearing the girl in drive through tonight talking about the recent shooting especially when she was saying that quote-“the man killed was a conservative that doesn’t like Mexicans, I just can’t believe the shooter was white, that really surprised me, I guess he really likes Mexicans!” Unquote That was plenty to witness but then while four of us cars are outside waiting for our ordered 3 employees (including the one at the window) already all standing outside the restaurant just looking at their phones. I see the cook coming outside to hand them the bags to bring to us. I mean wtheck is going on at this place?

I genuinely like the food a little hidden gem is the pot roast that actually taste like real pot roast. And the custard well custard’s always great if it’s made right and they do a good job with lots of flavors.
