10 star for service and a kind soul**********. Today I went to this DQ to make an order that broke my heart. That being a pup cup but with added fudge. That sounds odd to most as it did for the drive thru worker. I believe she may have reached out to the manager and as I repeated the order, he said a child’s ice cream would be more for your money.. all I had to say was, it’s for my old pups last treat. Without hesitation or anymore questions, he said “I got you”, “I fully understand and have it taken care of”, needless to say, I start crying because I knew that he knew the heartbreak I was going through. He spoke such kind understanding words when I pulled up and even got my little Luckia a small serving of just fudge that she could lap up. I sadly didn’t catch his name but I wanted to reach out and tell him Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my hard decisions a little less heartbreaking. I’d add a pics of her enjoying it but doesn’t allow the option.

I'm not big on fast food, it's typically overpriced and the service is often horrible. Today, I took my lady to this DQ and was actually impressed. The $7 meal deal isn't unreasonable, the store was wonderfully clean, and the service was both friendly and accommodating. Although it's been over 35 years since I worked in fast food, I will never forget what a thankless job it can be. Kudos to this DQ for being a shining example of what excellent customer service and food service can be.

terrible service! Would not make the cupfection and put it horizontal in a banana split container so I could eat it. Worst attitudes ever. I will never ever go to this Dairy Queen again!!!

Countless times I have gone here and countless times they never give me what I PAY for!….had to literally hand my soda back and tell him to get marshmallow in it cause they Jip me of it every time and then they lie and say it’s not on The receipt …. Got Oreo Brownie cupfection no Oreos in or around this thing… I PAID for extra marshmallow and there isn’t any in it ……do better DQ

The large white man in the drive through couldn't be bothered to flip my blizzard. He delivered my blizzard with one swift twitch of his wrist. I guess the weight of my mini blizzard caused too much strain on his delicate wrist. I expect better service considering the cost of the shakes and blizzards.

I guess I'm spoiled to my good dairy queen down in Anna, but that was the sloppiest burger I've had In a while, I've seen straighter buns in McDonald's
Sat here from 14:28 to 14:45. No service still. Had to go up to find out where our food was. Watch the female up front open every burger that went out!!! WOW.. food was very cold and disgusting. That for the memoral meal

This has got to be the worst staffed Dairy Queen I've ever seen. Please work on your attitudes when serving your customers. It's already ufortunate that your prices are ridiculous but I really don't appreciated attitudes from entitled young people who have no manners at all. There are certain people that should never work with the public and I met two of them on your team today.
