Newer Dairy Queen so its very clean and put together. They are generally pretty quick but I do have to wait everytime I go here just not long.

I understand fast food isn’t the best job in the world, but how in gods green earth can making two plain burgers be so hard? My boyfriend went to this location and got 2 original cheeseburgers, nothing special about them. There was one other car, no cars behind him, he then waited 20 minutes for the burgers to be brought out. Finally he got them and they were SLATHERED in mustard. ????? Why you might ask ????? idk maybe the teenage girl working there didn’t care to think that someone doesn’t want to ingest 5 servings of mustard for one burger. He called, left his name and said he wanted two PLAIN burgers when he came back, in 30-45 ish minutes. He picks me up, we go to the DQ and we tell them it’s us, (i also order 1 large fry) they tell us to pull forward. I pay for my fry, they tell us to pull into spot 1. OK. we do. we wait 15 minutes. which is fine, whatever. But we get our food we start leaving we unwrap the burgers and again they’re slathered in mustard. You would think that if you had somebody coming back to get an order redone because of the amount of sauce that was on it before that, not only, would you make it plain like they asked, but if you were going to disregard that and make them the normal way, then you would use a LITTLE less sauce. Not the case, though, not sure about the thought process behind it all, but all we wanted was two decent (not even GOOD, just mediocre) burgers, and all we got were 4 mustard bombs.

What in the microwaved world is going on here? Cheeseburger was obviously nuked. Was extremely hot, and the bun was scalding and shriveled. Tasted like a microwaved burger. Would not recommend this place for food at all. Ice cream and atmosphere was fine.

This Dairy Queen was nearly shut down after covid hit back in 2020. They initially shut down completely. Even when they reopened, it was just drive thru. And even when they eventually reopened, the hours were limited and they would shut down often, close early, and the service had gone down significantly. But the good news is- they're back now! The Sunday afternoon I visited, the girl running the front register was working hard. I made it a point to let her know. The last 3 times I've been there, the service and the food has been very good. Of course, their ice cream is still one of the best of any fast food you can find, perhaps THE best. Culver's is close on the ice cream, but DQ still has the edge for me.

Let me start off by saying I have always came to This one after work and never had this bad of service . They all looked like teenagers witch was fine. I walked in after them helping someone else they walked aways and then someone came and took our order and I’m allergic to pickles and I told her plain with just Ketchup on the triple cheeseburger and a chicken basket. but when we got it I took it back up there bc it was wrong. they asked who took my order and from what they told me a girl named Skyler she had to said we never said that and I know what I said. She could have just said sorry I’ll fix it was no big deal but instead they litterally faught with me about my food saying I didn’t say that . So I wasn’t staying to eat at that point just wanted my food right. So a different girl claiming to be manger but wasn’t brought me it remade to my table. I asked for a manger they said one was not available today and I asked for a number they refused I asked for their names and a blonde long haired ponytailed girl stayed yelling at me saying Skyler nice and if she says I don’t say something then I’m lying and that I didn’t say that so then she is still yelling at me and I was so calm im pregnant and just wanted Food from you guys. I had never been treated like that she refused to tell me her name. she came to lobby acting like she was gunna do somthing to me so I left this all could have been avoided nobody should be treated like that all I hope it never happens again to anyone it was no big deal I just asked bc I’m allergic and they were mad not wanting to make it I never give bad review but they refused to let me speak to anyone or tell me when they would be in but arguing and yelling acting like wanting to fight someone in the lobby is so wrong. And mind you there was no pint in her being in lobby coming at us yelling when we already had the food I just asked for names so it can be corrected. Not feel treated.

Messed up my ice cream completely threw a whole brownie brick in last ice cream but when I complained there was barely brownie in the new one I didn't just want a brownie I wanted a mix of both and said cherry cone dip twice and still ended up back because they gave me chocolate ik doesn't seem important but if I'm spending almost 20$ on two ice creams I expect my food to be right
The food was not all that great due to the fact that it did not come to us as it was ordered. Service was horrible. The speaker didn't work well, so the young lady came to the car, took our order, and told us she would still have to use the speaker. Why take my order and then tell me to use the speaker when you can't hear me.

Horrible customer service. My husband asked for whip cream on our 5 year olds milkshake and the lady just glared at him and walked away. Took 20 minutes just to get 3 ice cream cups. Unreal. The one near Ray Fosse park is much friendlier.

There is a specific manager who seems to enjoy abusing her staff. Every time I have seen her working, she is yelling at someone.
Service is slow, and on about half of my visits here my order has been wrong.
The windows are absolutely disgusting - they look like they haven't been cleaned since this location opened.
