Constructive “CraZy” Evaluator
I don't just jump and throw five stars out. If you've followed me for any of the last 15 years, you would know that .
With that knowledge, I am giving five stars to this location because of the evening shift manager, Suzy. I had a problem with the app. The app said the hotel was not able to be delivered to. It's 2 mi from the delivery place. Couldn't figure out the app, couldn't get much customer service from the stupid AI that Domino's uses.. But when I called the local shop, I couldn't get any help from the people on the phone, so I politely asked him to please give me a manager. When Suzy came on I gave her my spiel about being stranded at the hotel and I figured it'd be no problem. I'll just order pizza and a drink on the app and be okay till I'm picked up in the morning, and that was not how it ended up going down.
I told her I don't like giving my credit card out over the phone. I was just wanting to get a small pizza for some food because I hadn't ate all day. Suzy took it upon herself, hearing the situation that I was in and the problem I was having, she graciously offered to make this meal on her. I reluctantly accepted as I wanted to take care of it with corporate but corporate doesn't do things in the evening and I was starving. Suzy saved my night, cured my hunger and made a new friend.
Hey Domino's you ought to give some praise to this manager, Suzy. She did her customer service. She took care of the customer and she provided service. I plan to thank her in person tomorrow when she comes on her shift. (I did) But I think Domino's should let her know that they appreciated her keeping a customer happy. Because I really didn't want to call Pizza Hut or the other company. I don't like those pizzas. I only like my thin crust Domino's. Thank you Suzy for doing your job above and beyond. I know that what you did was special. And I let your driver know that you were special for doing that. Thank you thank you thank you. Crazy

The service was ok, the clerk was nice, but the pizza was horrible. Worst pizza I ever eaten. I don't know if it was just a bad day or if the food is always this bad. I'll try them again to find out, but if it's bad a second time, I have to give them a thumbs down 👎

I had an issue with an order 3 months ago. Poorly made pizza and bad service. So I started ordering for Domino's in Herrin,IL. Today was the first time I ordered from Marion location.....and the same thing. Poorly made pizza. It was just a simple extra cheese pizza. I still had a piece for the Herrin store in the fridge. The one from Marion barely had enough to consider it regular cheese. Much less the Extra cheese I ordered. Marion is closer but I will stick with Herrin Domino's.

Worst experience in food service to date! A manager had the nerve, to ask me inappropriate questions, refused to identify himself, and flaunted how his GM wouldn't be back by Tuesday. Bad attitude, and making assumptions.

Food was great but that is not the whole story. Witnessed 2 Dominoes employees yelling and flipping each other off. As one of them was leaving to go home. They started yelling profanities and flipping each other off. Never good to see. The food took longer than it was expected too by about 15 minutes. All in all a bad experience except for the quality of the food.
Quick & easy. I ordered for pickup. The employee really appreciated the gratuity & I appreciated how easy & quick it was to deal with them. The guy acted like nobody ever tips on a pickup. Do better folks. Their constantly feeding us & our people

I ordered a New York style pizza with extra cheese. I don’t know where the extra cheese went, but it wasn’t on the pizza. The crust was tough and hard to chew. I’ll think twice about going again.
