No apology, no remake, nothing. Just dead-eyed rudeness.
Order accuracy: zero. Customer service: outright toxic. I love Dunkin’, but this location is a complete embarrassment. Avoid like the plague.

The drive through worker was impatient and rude. We asked him to give us a minute to order. There was no one in line behind us. He would ask us every 2 seconds if we were ready yet. I’ve never been so rushed in a drive through. They weren’t busy. Then when I tried to order he interrupted me every time I spoke. I was trying to order a chocolate frosted cake donut but he kept interrupting me after I said chocolate frosted asking if I wanted sprinkles or not. I had to tell him if you’d stop interrupting me then you would know what I want and that donut doesn’t have sprinkles. I hate that I had to say that but he wouldn’t let me talk without interrupting and he was so rude. I ended up with two donuts one chocolate frosted with sprinkles and one chocolate frosted cake. I didn’t want the one with sprinkles. I had already left before I realized I got it and was charged for it. I won’t be back.

I like Dunkin' but this location never fills my drink up all the way. It's always missing like 1/3rd of the cup compared to other locations. It sucks because their prices are getting insane and they don't even fill the cup properly.

I gave them a try but I won't be doing so again. I know different Dunkins don't always have the full menu so I asked if they had the apple cider donuts and was told yes. So I ordered one and a pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk. I was given some type of apple fritter/turnover and when I tried to ask the person in the drive up who gave it to me they insisted it was the right thing. I can't rate how it was since I gave it away at my car dealership (I had an appointment which is why I didn't have time to insist they fix the mistake) Also I'm not exactly sure if they actually put oatmilk in my drink but with the amount of whipped cream they put on it I don't think it matters if they did.
Over price I was up Near Romeoville Illinois and got the same drink med ice Dunkin latte 5.86$ not down here almost 10$ for a med ice Dunkin latte price gouging over price won’t be back good luck

They have an excellent selection, and the coffee was well made. But this is Dunkin DONUTS & every one of my donuts and minis were at least a day old stale and it looked like I had a few hairs on my chocolate chip muffin, could have been sugar strands or something. There's a lot of places around the area I can get donuts, probably won't be coming back here.

The frozen coffee was great. The service was not. I could barely understand the woman at the drive thru speaker. She got my order incorrect and then acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for a straw for my drink. Carbondale has much better customer service. I recommend going to that one instead even though it is probably the same owners. The younger workers in Carbondale are more friendly and faster.

I do not recommend this dunkin due to its service and staff. I was called an idiot for no reason at all because i pulled into the outside drive thru lane that was NOT blocked off or had any visable signage anywhere saying they didnt want you using it and that only the inside lane did they want people ordering from , I rather enjoy dunkin but will never be returning to this location due to its staff and management. I have filed a complaint with corporate, hopefully they resolve the situation with staff at this location, till then there are several alternatives I will be going to instead.
