I think the covid 2020 effect in the facility in maintaining appearance. The tea was old and special instructions to operate dispenser. The all you cannot eat Bread never arrived at our table. The fazolies employees table had alot of bread. I think customer service has changed alot. PS I never tip when I order food I always tip after I get good service not ordering food is not anything to do with service. Another customer service many fast foods are requiring tips when ordering food before you even see you food that your ordering. I miss customer service qualities.

I love this place and I have for 30 years loved fazoli's.,Learn to love him in Las Vegas when I live there and just couldn't believe my luck.When I moved southern illinois that we had one here.Such a much better option than Olive Garden.The bread sticks are endless and hot.The foods delicious and inexpensive compared to Olive Garden

Best and perfect food with perfect service and special the employee at the counter is so great men.
We had lunch here today and I've never seen them so busy. But Tina, one of the workers helped put some tables together for our large group. As overwhelmed as they were, the staff did an amazing job keeping everthing clean and the food was delicious, as usual.
