Met a woman named Valerie at Hardee's tonight she went above and beyond for me and it was highly appreciated. Came in and got some food unfortunately it was wrong came back and she had no problem correcting the order very polite and funny with great customer service turned a frustrating situation into an enjoyable funny conversation.
Came through the drive thru tonight ordered about $50 worth of food. Taking my order didn't take long. It was repeated back to me to confirm. Got to the window a young lady named Beth waited on me. She was very nice fast and friendly. I had to wait on fresh chicken to be cooked but sure didnt mind the wait. Everything was as I expected an will definitely be back. I've been here in the past an it wasn't a good experience. But I can say it is slowly taking a turn...
