DO NOT STOP HERE!!!
All tables filthy . Plastic wrap in food. No silverware. They can't figure how to ring out the check. It's amazing they're open. Never again.

Figures the (Owner) response is a chatbot. Customer service is not about how little you can spend, not a cost center, but a chance to turn a loss into a win.

this place sucks the waitress was rude, and she argued with my fiance three different times once about leaving and twice about food. everything at our table was cold. Even though my fiancé said to bring it out when it was hot, she still brought it out all cold. She was rude. It was all undercooked. I will never be coming to this establishment ever again. And I've been to multiple ihops and had better service than this and better food, to be honest. So avoid the Marion, IHOP because it sucks and the service sucks. And everything sucks, and they hate everyone there and they made me cry.

The last time I was in an IHOP, I had to send the pancakes back. They were the worst pancake I've ever had. I don't normally do something like that. I was really ready for those melt in your mouth buttermilk pancakes. It took a LONG TIME to go back. I gave IHOP another chance. ... I ate ALL the pancakes!!! Thank you IHOP for not skimping on product to save a dime. This was a different location than the bad experience I had. Thank you IHOP.

I had IHOP delivered this evening and there was no butter or syrup to go with the pancakes I ordered. I don’t have syrup here and had requested extra of both. I called the restaurant and the rudest employee I’ve ever spoken to told me I had “checked the bags wrong”, like the condiments would magically appear. I told her there were only two bags and neither contained what I needed for my pancakes. I ask to speak to a manager or person in charge and she said no one’s in charge and the manager was gone until the next morning. I said I highly doubt there is no one in charge of a 24 hour restaurant on a Sat evening. She said there wasn’t but I could speak to the chef. I asked for the managers name and she said “Jill”. I said you’ve been referring to the manager as a him, and his name is Jill? She said yes. I asked his last name and she said she didn’t know. I said it’s got to be displayed around there somewhere and she said it’s not. So I asked to speak to the “chef” and I’m using that word very loosely. The “chef” said that she didn’t know the managers last name either but his name is “Joe”, he is Indian and has a last name no one can say. (Her words, not mine) She said she’d tell Roland that I’d be calling to speak to a manager the next morning. I said “who’s Roland?!” She advised he’d worked there for 10 years. I ask what time Joe would be in, she didn’t know. I ask for her name & she refused to give it to me and hung up. This is ridiculous! I look forward to speaking to Joe tomorrow. I will never give this restaurant my business again. “You checked the bags wrong”?!! Seriously? No: you forgot to do your freaking job and include the necessary condiments. You have zero customer service skills, nor does the “chef”. DO BETTER IHOP!! You should all be ashamed of how this played out.

The Cat

Staff & waitresses were WONDERFUL, let me start off with that. It is who I presume to be some member of management to be the problem. Told us to seat ourselves, gave us no menus, and we were crammed into a small booth until our lovely waitress moved us. My real issue is that my companion overheard said management member (or maybe he's just a cook, don't know) that he WILL NOT run the food, and only women run the food because it is their job. The atmosphere was hostile because of him, and I was disgusted by our treatment and his comment. God bless those waitresses and good luck dealing with that guy, because we will not be going back.
