Yep, today is officially my last time ordering from this store. The staff must be unable to read, because this is not the first time they have forgotten to put items in my bag, including missing drinks. Is it really that difficult to check a ticket before handing it off to the delivery driver? Don’t order here.

I ordered a jjblt with extra mayo and cheese for pick up. Got there and sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. They weren't taking care of the drive thru customers, only the ones inside. I pulled to the window and they gave me my food. Here isthe sandwich they gave me.... BLT with no lettuce or tomato... but atleast I got bacon I guess. Anyways, freaky fast is long gone and now they cant even make a sandwich correctly. Good luck

There is ALWAYS a 10 -15 min wait here. Today I waited 50 minutes in the drive thru!! For 1 sandwich and 2 kickin ranches.... after all that time they still got my order wrong! Im beyond pissed off. They also made me feel as if they were waiting on me... um yeah i wont be back.

Its a Picklewich! Had to have it with pickle chips of course! Don't mind the littlest pet shop critter in my chips, my daughter gave him to me, and he loves Picklewich's too!

The workers here are friendly and everything, but my god you could wait in the drive through for 20-30 min easily. It’s unreal. I have never been to a Jimmy John’s this slow. On multiple occasions now I have watched my entire lunch break disappear and I just can’t figure out why. Definitely not freaky fast.

I really do enjoy Jimmy John’s but this location has got to be the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been at. You should not have to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru to get your lunch. Especially when only 2 cars are in front of you.
The staff and restaurant are nice and clean but service is always soooooo slow.

Dec 20 2024 7:11 pm they say they’re waiting for bread to cool off so we come back when they said they’d have bread (15 minutes) and they say they are out of bread. This happen a lot at this location. Whoever is managing is doing a terrible job.
Love Jimmy John's!! Wish we had one in our town!! But definitely worth the drive every time!!

I ordered and paid for potatoe salad instead got the pasta. I have been calling to try and rectify said issue, however the call gets answered and then hung up every time I call. Do better ?

That sandwich was really good. Everything was nice and fresh. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that it had green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg.
