The workers here are friendly and everything, but my god you could wait in the drive through for 20-30 min easily. It’s unreal. I have never been to a Jimmy John’s this slow. On multiple occasions now I have watched my entire lunch break disappear and I just can’t figure out why. Definitely not freaky fast.

I really do enjoy Jimmy John’s but this location has got to be the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been at. You should not have to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru to get your lunch. Especially when only 2 cars are in front of you.
The staff and restaurant are nice and clean but service is always soooooo slow.

Dec 20 2024 7:11 pm they say they’re waiting for bread to cool off so we come back when they said they’d have bread (15 minutes) and they say they are out of bread. This happen a lot at this location. Whoever is managing is doing a terrible job.

I ordered and paid for potatoe salad instead got the pasta. I have been calling to try and rectify said issue, however the call gets answered and then hung up every time I call. Do better ?

That sandwich was really good. Everything was nice and fresh. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that it had green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg.

I ordered the Beach Club sandwich. The cucumbers tasted like they had been washed with bleach and left a disgusting taste in my mouth. I had to take off the rest of the cucumbers on the sandwich.

Very slow eneded up leaving without food due to how long each car was taking …definitely not fast like they say
Food was great, ordered from them at least a dozen times I'm sure they would remember (chicken wrap & chocolate chip cookies guy) as I buy the same thing every time. Great food, clean environment, great staff.

Everything was fresh, and tasted like you'd expect. They only added about 3-4 oz of meat for the 16 inch sub so I felt slightly disappointed about that, the sandwich was bread forward. The wait was about an hour on a Wednesday around 7pm, with an order of 6 subs. They were well staffed and they were very polite and helpful.

Jimmy John's is know for consistent qualitybod theirs sandwiches.Their freaky fast service.and the Hallmark taste of their sandwiches.This location.... failed. We all understand shortages in staff. it's acceptable that dining in was closed and drive thru only . However having customers wait for 5 minutes without even an acknowledgement. bad bad bad.Even a very simple, hibwelcome Jimmy John's I will be right with you . I got silence. so I drove off. While driving off there were at least two employees inside.I will probably go back to JJs again. but I will always intentionally skip this location and share this epic failure with others.

“Freaky fast sandwiches” more like severely slow… staff was very slow in making sandwiches and manager didn’t help by yelling at them to tell them to make the sandwiches faster
