A quaint little bbq restaurant in SOUTHERN ILLINOIS.. Just out of reach of RT. 13.. Tucked away in the eastern edge of Marion.. lies a great place to eat!! I had the bbq.. (of course i had to try) They had several style of sauce I had the honor of introducing myself to.. ALL VERY well balanced and tailored to your own style of taste.. Each sauce is its own world of unique flavors... Taking you down a road that you WILL ENJOY... I also hear from the locals that their catfish filets are TO DIE FOR!! OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND JUST SIT FOR A BIT AND PONDER LIFE OR RECOUP FROM A HARD DAYS WORK...

like eating at grandma's house! I love the food, the servers are fantastic, and Michelle always makes folks feel welcome. Im a teacher and a regular once or twice a week lunch customer. They always take good care of me and always get me back to work on time! Never once have i been disappointed! I recommend the BBQ basket, but everything is delicious! tell em that marion hs special ed teacher sent ya! ;)

Use to be awesome, is still good if you eat in only. If you pick up you WILL get hosed. If you need silverware or request condiments forget it bring your own. It is a proven fact catsup packets are too heavy to be put in the bag as are napkins. Been disappointed 3 times in a row. From now on it will be my fault because I know they have horrible to go service.

Terrible got my food.It was cold, nasty and gross.There was a fly that was flying out of my bag.When I opened, it will never be back.This place used to be so great so sad!!!
