Went through 3-30-25 around 5:20pm lady was sure rude the food I got was very expensive and I didn't even get full size Tenders my sauces they didn't put in the bag and no silverware I will not be going back I just moved up here from KY and love KFC but this one is the worst I've ever been at I'll try the one in herin

Went through the drive-thru forgot her meal had to go back and they were like oh I didn't think you were going to come back for it forgot the dipping sauce chicken tenders were cold. My husband's eight piece all the skin is falling off the chicken because it's been in the heater too long. I won't be coming back

Marion IL KFC took my order in the drive thru. When I got up to the window and paid then they told me it was gonna be 40 minutes for my chicken.If I would've known that when I ordered I would not have ordered anything They're gonna try to make it better.They gave me this little bitty cake.It's about 3 inches by 3 inches for a family of 4.I've been to this k f c several times this will be the last ...you suck p.s. ordered original recipe not what I got NEVER AGAIN

Food was great. Service are great. Driveway wasn't worth a damn there's potholes in that damn driveway. I swallow your damn vehicle especially through the drive-thru why? I don't know when they're going to patch. That damn thing that's all it needs is spend a little money on it

We were told to pull around to the side of the building so they could mark the drive through as not having a line then they never brought our food out. Went in after waiting 15 minutes and they forgot the order. Chicken is what is it but nobody is trying to commit 30 minutes of their time to get it from a drive through. We were given a free drink for our trouble. Horrible service!

This is my favorite food restaurant which I always take time out of my busy schedule to look for and often times drive off my designated route as a trucker just to find one after a hard day like today.but what I experienced at around 9:30pm was so harsh and discriminative by a lady I found behind the counter. Yes, you were engaged but you did not respond to for like 5 to 7 minutes until you saw a lady behind you greeted instead,yet I came first. I have been around the country but I haven't hard such a rude and unwelcoming reception.
