I just went to this restaurant with a friend ordered some steaks. I got a ribeye and he got a top sirloin. His plate looked great but mine was pretty bad. The place was busy so I didn't even wanna say anything. But my ribeye was half rare half well done. I should have said something that was my fault. My fries were cold but edible. I don't think I'll go back to Logan's again. The waitress, come to check on us several times.

Amazing prime rib! We stopped on our way driving south and what a more than pleasant experience!!!! We sat at the bar and were greeted right away with a super pleasant lady Jada and it all went uphill from there! Prime rib was fantastic! Cooked to perfection!

Me and my family went here to eat, we specifically asked for the hightop but we “couldn’t sit there because the waitress won’t serve tables with kids” Later on the bartender, Jadea was very rude. She made snarky comments and our food was not worth 75 dollars! Hire better employees or keep them in check!

Everything tasted fine but the steaks are on the thin side
The other night we were eating in here our servers name was Cheyenne this was hands down some of the worst service I have ever received in my life. She acted like she had an attitude the whole time and was completely rude and she never came and checked on us, never came to give us refills and even forgot to bring our salads that we ordered out. Then before we left we heard her complaining about one of her other tables not tipping her good enough but I can see why they didn’t we probably won’t be back after this whole experience.
Today, veterans day, I spoke with John who provided excellent customer service.
