We have ordered through McAlister’s and paid extra for delivery and twice they’ve messed up our order and refused to deliver the items they left out. Tonight was no different. We didn’t go through Grub Hub although that is who delivered. Out payment was to McAlister’s. When we called in about missing items and spoke with the manager on duty, Beth, she said we’d have to come into the store to get the items they left out! No apologies and no making it right! We want to thank Richard at the Marion, IL location for a very pleasant experience. Friendly , prompt service despite short staffing. He does a great job!
We had a wonderful experience yesterday.. Olivia was the store manager making sure that our experience was great and making extra certain that we had everything we needed. All staff was very friendly and hard working. They were respectful to each other even in busy rush of 2 buses and lunch time. Thank you!!
