We have ordered through McAlister’s and paid extra for delivery and twice they’ve messed up our order and refused to deliver the items they left out. Tonight was no different. We didn’t go through Grub Hub although that is who delivered. Out payment was to McAlister’s. When we called in about missing items and spoke with the manager on duty, Beth, she said we’d have to come into the store to get the items they left out! No apologies and no making it right! One time before we ordered loaded nachos and received no chips! Same thing, you will have to come into the store to get the items left out! Their delivery and customer service is absolutely terrible! I would give them a zero review! We are done.

My first visit was good. I got a Rubin and a chef salad to go. They me about the app and a free tea for 30 days after joining the app. No other place has done that. The food was good and so was the service. I'd recommend checking it out for yourself.

Out of spuds!!!!!!!!! How is that possible? Main item the vegetarian in the group goes for! Just not a good experience. She got tge veggie sandwich and mac n cheese...nothing exceptional and left hungry!! Lot of $$ for poor experience 😢

My boyfriend and I came and ate dinner there this evening, he ordered the King Club, a toothpick was broke off in one sandwich and then put into the second sandwich and a new toothpick in the first one. He took a bite and almost chocked, the point of the broken toothpick stabbed his gum and a spot in his throat. We will NOT be back!

McAllisters went above and beyond when our door dash driver left our gallon of Sweet Tea. The manager personally delivered it to us! They were prompt and very kind! THANK YOU!!
If I could give zero i would. Got the order all wrong. And waited 20 minutes to receive cold sammich and no dressing for salads. They nuked the sammich and offered a free cookie to make it right. WONT BE BACK.

My first time writing a restaurant review. My wife and I arrived at 6:15 pm on Saturday. The restaurant was pretty much empty. I took a table outside and my wife went in to order.When we got our food I took one bite of my sandwich and asked her what she had ordered for me. She said a chicken salad croissant. After looking at our receipt we saw we got a roast chicken sandwich. Not what we had ordered. We bought it to the servers attention and she returned several minutes later and said the manager said that if we wanted the sandwich we had ordered we would have to pay for it. Rather than make a scene we paid for a second $10 sandwich. After all this my wife was eating her salad and removed a 1 inch sharp hard piece of plastic from her mouth. No, we did not tell the manager. We just got up and left. Very doubtful we will return anytime soon.

It's clear to see from recent reviews people are not happy with this location. I used to love this location but I doubt I'll be going back. The sandwiches are skimpy. If I wanted to eat just bread with 2 thin lunch meat slices I'd spend $2 at Walmart. With all the restaurants around, you're better off going somewhere else these days. Hopefully this places gets it's act together, but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. If I'm spending 40 dollars, I expect to enjoy it.
