Food is great, one of the best McDonalds I know. Why the low score? When they get backed up, they ask people to illegally park in handicapped spaces. It's absurd. Not only illegal, but I pray that someone who needs that space is able to access it when they need it.
I've complained to the manager before about this. It is still happening.

This is not the first time I’ve went to this particular McDonald’s and those breakfast biscuits are so overcooked. The edges are completely hard. The top is hard. I’ve even called there and complained.! Biscuits are done when they’re just barely brown on top. These were completely brown and hard. I’m not happy.

Beware if you order curbside from the Mcdonald's app. After placing my order and pulling up, the app would not refresh so I could confirm my curb number. I went in and asked if I could get the order made based on my receipt and she looked at me like I was insane and said "Sir this order is from January 2nd. I'm not going to honor that."
Even though I just placed the order ten minutes before pulling up, I had my payment confirmation from my bank with a timestamp, and I could show them that the app was actively asking me to add a curbside number, the manager still refused to make my order and I had to cancel it (and make a new one,) which takes seven business days.
Everytime we go there, the burgers are dry and buns looks squashed like they pressed on it. Asked for a fresh Mc double and they had an attitude.

I went to get me and hubby a bite for lunch one day. Food was missing from my order so I go in and asked the counterman to inquire...the manager Anne was very rude and dismissive of both me and the employee....by time I got back out to the car my fries were ice cold but I didn't want to cause any more issues. My point is, in front of customers your employees do not deserve the treatment he received, you have something snide about maybe take it out of earshot and sight of customers. I was patient but her rudeness just floored me.

I just had one of the best big breakfasts. The biscuit was perfect...the pancakes were very good also. And at a reasonable price for what you get.
