Horrible experience stopped at the drive through for 10 mins with other cars around me no answer no response. It was 11pm and they close at 12am.. Drove past the window and everyone employee is just hanging out inside.

To say I was not pleased with my experience at this location today is an understatement. I’ve been to this location many times and have never had a problem up until now. The young girl working drive through was in a rush over the speaker to begin with, even though there was only one other person in the drive through line besides us. She kept sighing loudly and talking over my boyfriend when he was ordering our food (1 happy meal, two sandwiches and two fries) Then she doesn’t give me enough change back after I paid, and it took me telling 3 different employees at the last window (which all gave me attitude) (specifically the first girl with very short hair and glasses told me “it’s not her problem”) to finally talk to the manager. Then the manager took 10 minutes to give my change back to me before telling me that the girl was short on bills, so that was apparently the story she was going with. Short on cash or not, you’re supposed to give the customer back their exact change instead of trying to hold their money. After all of this, come to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich anyway, but I was not going back in there after that fiasco. I work in customer service myself and it’s not that hard to count change or at least own up to your mistake instead of giving me attitude and ignoring me three times when I say I want to speak to the manager. We were in that drive through a total of 20 something minutes all for me to receive my change that one girl messed up on.

I had a large order for $22 and would not even give me some sweet-and-sour sauce unless I paid for it. Manager was rude and prices seem to be higher at this McDonald’s Than the others

Extra 20 cents for mustard? Even the three shreds of lettuce? My 2 sandwiches are $3 more than they were last week. The point of fast food is cheap and convenience, but at this point, you pay less for more getting Mexican or even red lobster takeout! McDonald’s is greedy, period. Used to come 3 times a week, but I’ll give my money to a mom and pop now.
