Manager stated that they were out of orange juice after I bought my meal at the kiosk. I asked her why she didn't say anything before I purched the meal, she yelled at me and said she was busy and didn't have time to tell me. I asked for a refund, she stuffed my food in the bag, slammed it on the counter, then tried to refund just the orange juice, I told her I wanted the whole thing refunded, she picked up the sack and threw it by the counter. I told her I rounded up for the Ronald Mcdonald house, she told my "I don't know how to refund that" I left McDonalds upset at the way I was treated. That was rude and uncalled for.

I go here almost every morning and one of the managers always seems to have an attitude with me for whatever reason. I usually take the time to go In and order myself because the last time I went inside I ordered a muffin which has round egg on it well I ran my friends food out to her she had a biscuit which has folded egg I only eat round egg my friend doesn’t even care or notice the difference so I run hers out to her then I get out to the car and notice mine has folded egg on it so I pull in the drive thru and the one manager or team leader was like that’s odd wby would it have a folded egg on it. Mind u my friend had already ate hers . I was like I don’t know mistakes happen but she made it seem like I went to the car and swapped eggs or something it was the weirdest interaction.

The drive thru was ok. They weren't super fast but weren't super slow. The crew members I interacted with were very nice. Fries seemed like they were dipped back in the oil to get them warm.

Been coming here 4 years food always fresh and hot. First part that went South was a week ago didn't have fries available. This week sitting in lane 1 of drive thru no one came on intercom for 10 minutes. Several people drove off. They kept taking orders from lane 2. This is a constant issue at every McDonald's. Never had this at any other restaurant just McDonald's since they started 2 drive thru lanes years ago. I have gotten into verbal altercations because people have thought I was sitting there taking all day to order when in fact the dumb staff are not coming on the intercom. I know my car alerted them because I got the are you using your mobile app greeting. Went inside finally and ordered. Lots of chaos with food. Then on top of it, fries undercooked, nuggets been sitting up. Yep time to switch to BK/Arby's where they have some sense!

The manager Hagel was super friendly and got my order fixed super fast,polite and seems very good with leadership to his employees!
Food took around 20 minutes to get to us, other customers were complaining on long wait times as well. The lobby is destroyed and no one seemed to care. Just not the best mcdonalds in the area...

Best McDonalds food and service l have ever had in my life. Clean tables. Fast, and hot food. Delux burger had fresh tomatoes, and ample lettus. Great experience. I loved seeing a family at dinner in the play area, an elderly couple sharing dinner and l had a great tv program to watch. Everything acutely enjoyable to the senses. A fast food place l enjoyed dinning in. Clean atmosphere friendly and professional staff. The manager was totally emgaged in getting orders promply out, fries were hot and l had a handburger from paradise.
Kid-friendliness: Very clean witb a great play area for children.
