I went there to try their specialty McDonaldland meal. It was very expensive. I asked for that meal several times. Then she asked me what drink with your nugget meal. Ummm... The specialty meal COMES WITH the specialty shake. So they continously referred back to the nugget meal. Over and over I stated the Mcdondland meal! Don't know why that was so difficult. Of course they did not provide the toy that comes with that meal. I ordered a few other things as well. When we received our bag the fries were old, dry and stale. I asked the nice young man if they could please give me 2 fresh french fries. The chunky white young lady came back and handed me another bag. They put the same French fries back in another bag and gave me the same old, dry stale french fries back. Never using this Mcdonalds again!

Made us wait 20 minutes for a cold burger. Hereās an idea, go next door and apply for a job cleaning toilets. You clearly canāt make food properly. They said we were waiting because they ācouldnāt findā us. More like couldnāt figure out how to turn on the burner and make a beef patty. Worst experience Iāve ever had at any McDonaldās my entire life on earth.

Disgusting!!! I stopped inside the McDonalds so the kids could use the playplace and I could order some food. The restaurant had one customer and nobody in the drive through. Four employees were behind the counter not moving. I went to the mens restroom to change a diaper and the restroom was filthy! Flies were everywhere, trash was all over the floor, and the sink had snot and spit all over. I left and told one of the ladies about condition of the restroom and she just stared at me like I was bothering her. When I went into the playplace, it was also filthy. Nobody is entering the playset and cleaning inside. There was food and crumbs all over, and play equipment is heavily stained. The floor has trash all over. Not sure why the place is this dirty with four employees and the restaurant is not busy. Avoid this McDonald's!!!

The food was edible but burnt, clearly old oil used for fries needed filtered. The lady who took our order was extremely nice and helpful but good service stopped there. This facility is absolutely filthy. The kids play area has a complete film of grease over everything the floor, every surface. God forbid your kid plays in that play place. It looks like it has never been cleaned absolutely repulsive. Where our children go play should be top priority.

Most of the time my food taste like it's been sitting for hours and reheated.. For a small and simple order I'm always asked to pull forward and it's getting extremely annoying. I've honestly decided I'm contacting corporate and not returning to this location
We used drive thru, staff was GREAT. Speakers seemed weak, however workers were polite & pleasant.

Waited almost 30 minutes for food and then didn't have it all. Ordered on the app. Fries were burnt. When I went in to get the missing food, I was told that they forgot to put the chicken strips in the bag. Problem is I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to wait on me when 2 other employees looked at me several times. I let the manager know that I didn't want cold food and if I needed to wait then I also wanted my kids food made over as I will not eat hot food and my kids eat cold. Attitudes by employees was not the greatest. The manager told me that the grease needed to be changed after I told her the fries were burnt and tasted terrible. Instead of changing the grease and giving customers good food that we pay for they cooked our food in that nasty grease and the food was horrible. Not to mention after they didn't give me the chicken strips and I said I didn't want any cold, they put them back in the grease. Put them at the bottom of the bag and put 5 orders of fries on top, when the manager said the 6 fries were in the bag. There was nothing crispy about those chicken strips. The breading was mushy because they are to lazy to change the bad grease out. If people don't want to do their job right, then they need to find another job. Times are hard for people so when you spend $50 on food only to get food that I wouldn't give my dog is so sad. I don't complain and usually just throw food away that's not made right, but this was absolutely horrible. Not to mention I'm traveling with my family and my children and grandchildren didn't even want to eat it. Shame on you McDonald's. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's we have had and if I could give it a 0 I would. Also mind you I'm traveling and did a mobile order so that we could pick up through drive through and I still had to get everyone out the car just to get that nasty food.
