Absolutely terrible experience. The food was cold, bland, and barely edible. One bite of the chicken and green beans was more than enough for us to stop eating, and the baked potato was just as bad. We voiced our concerns to the server, but instead of addressing the issue, he gave us a gift card for a free appetizer if we purchased two meals – seriously? To top it off, he even brought us refills of sweet tea when we had unsweetened. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

Haven’t been there in a while thought we should try it out. Chicken was dry, green beans were cold. Baked potato was cold and wouldn’t melt butter. I told the waiter about the food being substandard and he brought me a coupon for a free appetizer for “next” trip there in the fine print on the coupon you have to buy two entrees. I gave that to another couple that was dining there.
$73 for a meal for four that was worse than McDonald’s. Shame that such a nice place has gone down hill so far. I remember going there when the place was so full you might have to wait thirty minutes. There were far more empty tables than ones with people eating.

The bread was good and the server was nice. This night, I discovered that I like steaks that are in between well-done and medium (aka medium-well). Not a bad restaurant!

The food was pretty good, they advertise that the meat falls off the rib bones which is not true(they were still good) and the service was really good. Plenty of room to sit down without tables being on top of each other which is also nice.

Group of 4 of us. My steak & potato, perfect. Large salad for another great. Ribs to well done almost burned and only slightly warm. Salmon dish good. Atmosphere great and friendly. Very good service. Update July 23 2025 Catfish good, just not enough of it. Fries tasted strange, like they had mustard on them.

My granddaughter chose O'Charleys for our July meal. She LOVES the mini corn dogs!! I gotta admit I'm a little sad they don't offer them for adults too!! But I'm really happy with the chicken tenders, fish and shrimp meal I picked!! It was really good!! And plenty of leftovers! The service was great as well! We had a great time with great food!
